Successful Suicide
I used Zain but their coverage was poor. Mobily had good coverage but weak offers. Lebara seemed balanced, so I switched my Zain number to them. I deactivated my old SIM through the Lebara app, thinking I could easily get a new one starting with 057. But at the store, they said I’d have to wait a month for a new SIM. When I tried to reactivate my old one, I got an ‘Invalid ICCID or PUK’ error. It's frustrating to wait so long for a simple request. Lebara should make getting a new SIM easier.

It won't let me check my plan's details. The app work ok for the most part but it lacks details, and values are high, especially considering that there are no signal bars almost anywhere. Edit: I keep losing small amounts of balance when I switch to another phone. I can't see my package's details and forcing me to update consumes data!

I downloaded the app. I put in email address and password. It wouldn't let me in. It said email address was incorrect (it wasn't) and it said mobile number was invalid (it wasn't). It also said password was incorrect (it wasn't). I can get into my account through the website ok so why does it tell me otherwise on the app? Absolutely useless!!!!

I don't recommend this service provider to anyone. 1. They Charged from me about 20 halala without any reason. (Almost daily) Even if i didn't make a call or data usage. 2. They offered me a free gift, but i think they charged me for that. Because, I noticed that my balance become zero. & The gift data balance still available. But, not working.

Every time when I need to use this application it needs to update. My Moto G 2nd gen. Phone doesn't have enough storage to the process. What's the reason for this frequently update. Do I need to suffer from your trial and error? Or should I throw otherwise perfectly working my Moto g 2nd.gen. phone to keep this application. What do you think.

hello everyone, I want tell you an important thing you should try it then you believe me, lebara app has no security because everyone can add your lebara number in lebara app and easily steal your data history contact and very easily can transfer balance from your number to his number without asking the owner. because here is no security anyone can add unknown lebara number in this app. be careful because i already tried it and added unknown numbers in this app without permission.

Worst carrier ever used, people can't hear me properly. sometimes vouce drops for good time and sometime they hear robotic voice. always have all the bars but network quality is very bad ..... this is first month and I am porting my no. as soon as month is finished.

New update is not working properly. Apps stops working automatically. Please check the bugs. When ever i try to login with my mobile number and password it say welcome misba then apps automatically close. Why it is happening.
