App doesn't seem to be compatible with Android 15, when I try to add a new camera, I get a following error message: Device list refresh failed, pull down to try again. Pulling down and trying again results in exactly the same error message. My husband tried and was able to get to the next screen after choosing to add the new camera, his Android version is older than mine. Since it was my Christmas present, I would dearly be able to actually use it myself. Quite annoyed.

UPDATE under camera settings there is no moment notification or motion notification and there's nothing called smart push. Either way I get notifications but when I click a notification I am not taken to the app. The notification only clears. Why.....? I haven't opened the app all day and my notifications only go back an hour and a half.... why? Why when I click on a notification doesn't the app open? Why? Very frustrating.

**Update - spoke to Customer Service who pointed me to the 'Birdfy' app, where I've managed to connect my feeder. Apparently they're migrating to this app.** I had the Birdfy Feeder bought as a Christmas present but I've been unable to connect to the app. I get an error message saying 'Netvue closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error'. Really disappointed. These feeders aren't cheap. You'd expect the

Ever since the recent update I cannot access my cans while on wifi. I need to turn off the wifi to see them on my carriers data which can cause me to have overage. Their support team was absolutely no help to me. I asked if I could roll back to a previous version and they said they would get back to me. That was close to a week ago with no response. Other than that and prior to that everything was great I had nothing but good things to say. when it comes to security of my home, it's important.

Updated Review: After uninstalling and reinstalling several times, the app now magically works. It is still as unresponsive as it was prior to its most recent update, but this camera is all I have until I order something better. So, I'm stuck with it for now. 60% of the time I open the app, it's in a constant state of loading, so I have to clear it out and reopen it. Even then, it still doesn't work. Just..Fix it. Please.

Pretty dire App, that does nothing but constantly frustrate, the amount of times it freezes and comes across as so buggy is annoying. I know we own a pretty basic camera device, yet, this App helps make it such an more irritating experience. I've since been trying others Apps, hoping to find the perfect 1 for our needs. In all honesty; companies like this need to invest more to create better customer oriented Apps, and not rubbish like this!

Lose connection all the time, even though you have a high speed internet. Sometimes it does not record a video of motion function, and if you try to check on playback, the cam shows an empty space, saying, no data recorded at this time, and you know exactly what happened, but the cam does not work. Too expensive for the poor service and costumer service , forget about. The one that is little bit better is reolink ,I bought 2, but it does not recorded 24/7 ,it only records max30seconds Videos

The app did work perfectly. But just before the new hi, it stopped on all of my devices and all my cameras. I have 6 android devices and 2 iOS devices. None of them work flawlessly any more on any device. All of them have connection issues or control issues or the app immediately crashes. Totally opposite from the app that did work very well.
