Works most of the time but has lots of glitches. One of my biggest complaints is that it interferes with Android auto. My car will report that it is making a call and there's no call. No audio will work until I kill the app. It's very frustrating because it's so random. Additionally if you have multiple phone numbers, you cannot easily send and receive SMS from each of them. This app was always a bit clunky but it worked. Lately it has become unusable. The first problem is answering calls. When answering, the call drops and sends caller to voicemail. This all seemed to have started with the last update. UPDATE: Nov 8, I contacted support as requested and they discovered and issue the fix in v27.0.3. Because of supports responsiveness I am raising my app rating.

BEWARE SAMSUNG USERS! We can't answer calls on our Samsung Galaxy phones. When a call comes in, we can see the screen notification, but the call immediately fails when we try to answer it. This has been an ongoing issue that they have fixed a few times, but comes back with every update. I've now had a service ticket open for weeks. They make promises that never come to fruition. Their techs are confused and have no idea what to do. We are losing business. Now looking for alternatives. AVOID!

The cure for the failing app: every time after switching from the internet feed (mobile carrier/ WiFi, etc.) - Sign out and then sign in again, run the Preferences-> Health Check. Developers, PLEASE move the "CLOSE" button from the overlaying dial pad window SIDWAYS: this will help avoid erroneous call disconnect (I press "CLOSE", and then - by accident - the finger touches the red HANG UP button. The CLOSE is EXACTLY above the HANG UP. VERY INCOVENIENT!!! MOVE them to the opposite sides.

Horrible app! Constantly crashes and they took away ability to read all of a voice mail away now you only see a tiny bit. I really wish my company would move to a better phone system.. No longer works after 10/16 update try to make a call and app just closes out then I get a pop up that the app crashed. Wish I could give it negative stars.

This app and service is sub par. I am receiving unwanted SMS and media messages to my number. There is no way to block unwanted SMS messages from unknown numbers. Customer service is especially unhelpful for this. They just state they can only block numbers from calling, but they have no ability to block unwanted sms communications. This is a standard feature for all sms apps, but it is especially terrible for a business app. The lack of concern for such a basic feature is not customer oriented.

Continuing the slide into oblivion this app is useless. dropped calls, unfuncional near desk electronics, and now i have to choose between exposing my personal number to callers or not taking calls. Would be cheaper to just get a second business cell phone. Customer service is a joke. Unresponsive to email & chat you wait >30 min only to have others jump the queue. Worthless. Avoid at all costs.

Issues answering calls on Samsung Galaxy S24. When I try to click accept, it doesn't answer the xall and sends the caller right to voicemail. I had someone from Nextiva tech support work with me to troubleshoot and solved the issue but the next week, the problem started again. So frustrating.
