Just did the Jan 22 update that was supposed to help with connections and, guess what...now I CANNOT connect!! I was really hoping this update was going to help. 😣 My unit has continuing problems connecting and homing. This was not a cheap investment, but it is GLITCHY, to say the least. I've done all the things you're supposed to do to "work out" this kind of problem and it just is not reconnecting.

I didn't have the same types of bugs and issues that others seemed to have. Follow the directions in the booklet and it should be OK. The UI is kinda janky with the controls overall and it seems buggy and unintuitive when you want to delete tracks or restart something however. Some of the functionality and design choices don't really make a lot of sense. Hopefully they'll get around to creating a more interactive and streamlined app without the bugs in the future. It does work though

This USED to be good. The newest update of the app, for "improved connectivity" fails every time it tries to connect. It tries to force a firmware upgrade to the device whenever you try to connect, and it fails every time. You can not bypass the firmware upgrade. I'm starting to regret buying this product.

oh my gosh they fixed the app! I was just thinking about throwing this away the other day. but I saw the app had an update! My mini now can complete a whole playlist of patterns and not disconnect or stop. I dont have to reset it for it to connect to the app every time I want to use it either! Leaving one star off for how long it took to resolve this issue. I feel thats only fair.

While I LOVE my Oasis Mini in concept, this app is absolute garbage. The user interface is clunky, difficult to navigate and most settings are unresponsive or merely impossible to change. Half of the library's images won't even download and now suddenly my Oasis Mini will simply stop creating an image halfway through and either stop completely or move to the next image in the Playlist. The development team seriously needs to sort out these issues.

I love my oasis mini, the device itself is great. But the app really leaves alot to be desired. Changing the order of queued designs is clunky and problematic, the trash icon to delete queued designs is ridiculously hard to press correctly. They need more default cleaning designs to choose from. I also have to unplug my oasis mini to get the app to reconnect to the device if I havent opened the app for a while. Hopefully, they continue to update and improve the app in the future.

What a expensive device to have it completely be a flop because of the app. won't connect via Bluetooth. Tried via wifi but then can't sign in because no internet. Garbage. Returning.

This thing is amazing...when it can pair with the app. It works one out of every ten times I try to use it. I've only had it for a couple of weeks but I've only been able to use it a few times. It's so disappointing. I got it as a gift for my birthday. UPDATE I troubleshot it for an hour today and won't connect. UPDATE I emailed support and they worked with me to troubleshoot but the app has been updated and it's working! UPDATE Newest update doesn't work at all - won't connect
