Over the past few weeks, brutal experience. Ticket access section on app does not work, and hasn't for the past couple games. Not a great optic, especially for season seat holders. Tried on multiple devices and already cleared cache and force stopped app, nothing changes. Over a year later, and still this app is brutal, especially for season ticket holders, I've never had a worse experience with an app that is supposed to provide a service for people that are paying for a product that it governs

Constant, and I mean constant issues signing in and linking app to Ticketmaster. Haven't been able to access my account on multiple occasions. Just an absolute Trainwreck of a service provided.

This is a very very very poorly designed app. I would have given it zero star if that was an option. The ticket sale function does not work properly. I would list a game in the app but only to get a message that "something is wrong" but later still get an email confirmation that they have been listed, and then still find the tix not listed in the app. This happens on a consistent basis. Worst part is this is the only way to see my season tickets now. MLSE congratulations you've done it again, marvelous!

I subscribe to the philosophy that if I have the time to complain, I should also have the same amount of time to give Kudos when they're do. The "video failure" issues were so frustrating and made the app really hard to to get any information as far as video feeds, without it (app) having to be deleted and then reinstalled. Anyway long story short I'm happy to report the video issues seem to be fixed. I now think it's an excellent app! Kudos and thanks!

Garbage app. It's 2023 and somehow there's an app that takes 5 min to load. Very confusing to navigate. Tickets transferred from friends won't show up in the app. Most features are either useless or dont work. I've been to three games and have yet been able order food to my seat; always says "error - service not available". Garbage garbage garbage.

The app provides great information, but it's really buggy. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling to see the video clips. It gets annoying. *******UPDATE******* The video issues are resolved, and it works perfectly. Great job guys, thanks and keep it up.

Average app with subpar support. Like many other users, the videos in the feed won't play. It beachballs into oblivion with the error: error loading config l appConfigXML l Severity:2 I've deleted this app until I see an update.. it's frustrating to know I'm donating all kinds of metadata and getting nothing in return.

Hello, first of all I am glad there is an App. I understand it's new and needs to sort out some of bugs. - Under the "Fans" tab the "Secure Your Spot - Championship Showcase" link and "Win the Ultimate Experience" link is not working. The error message is "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET." Hopefully you guys know of this and we can get into this links. Best regards
