App worked fine in the beginning. Now it has deleted all my devices and hub. Sign in fails. I request a password reset, that fails. I try set up a new account, that fails. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, clearing data and cache. Nothing works. What am I suppose do now? I can't control my switches!

Based upon other reviews from today, I am not the only one having an issue with the app (and therefore hardware). I can't log into the app, reset my password, or create a new account, which means my switches are now useless, as my Google home cannot communicate with it. This is a bummer, especially after it's worked without issue for about 2 months. Hope there's a fix soon.

Doesn't pair with Third Reality switches. Just says "no device found" over and over again. If I resolve the problem I will update this. If not, I've returned the devices. Update: Reached out to support, and they recommended I reset the hub. The reset button didn't work, but I unplugged the hub and deleted it from the app. I then re-paired the hub and the switches successfully. However, this app does not provide any troubleshooting; I'm updating my 1-star to 3-star.

It works, but the latest update made the app less convenient. Previously, you could open the app and turn the light on and off with one tap. Now the app displays an intro screen that slowly types out a slogan every time you open it, and you have to first tap on the switch to open its settings before you can turn it on and off.

Horrible, the product just stopped working. The app say my account I have had for months doesn't exist. Went to bed last night and all worked and woke up and it didn't. At first would sign into account but my three devices, hub and two switches were missing and could not be connected to the app or Echo system.

Does not work with password managers. You can't use Bitwarden to autofill to login form.

I'm having a problem. I've been using the hub to handle my ceiling and floor lamp, but today they all just disappeared from the app and my account didn't seem to exist to get a pw reset. It worked well before this.
