The most basic, yet most buggy app on my phone. Please fix the View Today button. It doesn't scroll you to today. Also, the dialog requesting acceptance of cookies does not save preferences. So now you repeatedly get the dialog asking you to accept or reject, and no matter which you choose, you still get the dialog again. And worst still - if you try to dismiss the dialog it blocks usage of the app, even though you have repeatedly specified your preference.

This app worked fine for years, then suddenly stopped working and will not open on my phone anymore. I got a notification saying there was a bug in the app, so I cleared the cache, but unfortunately, it is still malfunctioning.

Worst app that I have to use for the kids school. Everytime I make a payment it takes the payment more than once. This happens every time I have used it within the last 6 month! Complaints fall on deaf ears.

This app has been working fine since September and today has started crashing when I tried to open it. I have uninstalled aand installed it again and now it won't let me log in.

I can't see how to add another school as my eldest has moved to secondary school. Online help says the new school should show automatically, but it hasn't. Edit: Despite the school saying it was for me to do, they eventually put the correct details in at their end, and now it works. This should be made clearer in the app. You can not add a school. They have to add you.

Used it for 5 years with oldest child worked fine. This year with youngest starting school every 2 - 3 weeks unable to top up balance saying my details don't match, not valid e-mail. Although to login you need the e-mail as account name.

I cannot create an account. The school has my information correct and I have downloaded the app and tried on the website but I have an error message saying my details don't exist with the school or they are wrong but they aren't. The same for my partner and children's dad, none of us are able to create an account and all our details are held by the school. I need this app apparently as well to pay for my child's lunch as it is a cashless system there.

Used this app fine for 5+ years and now all of a sudden the app won't open on my phone, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and now I've been logged out, each time I try to get back on I get an error message saying connection issue or unable to send code to your mobile. This needs sorting asap as I have 3 children in school who I use this app for.
