I absolutely cannot link my passes on the app. I've had this problem every year that I've had season passes. In previous years, there were ways to get it to work eventually (delete the app, reinstall, etc), but this year, no matter what I do, it will not link!! Have tried it on my phone & my husband's, to no avail. If this was fixed, it'd be a decent app. So much great information. Wish the map was a little better. I've also had issues in the past getting passes to come up while at the park.

So many bugs. It won't let me link my passes. I had my passes link and then the passes just disappeared. It done this before and I would have to restart my phone delete the app and download it again. But now it won't link. It keeps saying it link then it will say link passes. I even call SDC and it still not fix. It sad because the app could be very good but will this always happening why even have an app?

I'm a pass holder with a linked pass, and every time that I visit the City, I get a stupid notification urging me to "upgrade my ticket" to a pass. It's very annoying. Also annoying is that I sometimes get logged out of the app. The map in the app is pretty awful. The wait time and ride closure information aren't as reliable as I would like. The app is worth having, but there is plenty of room for improvement. BTW, I've never once gotten Wi-Fi to work at the park, so expect to use your data.

The app needs more improvemens. At times it works great but usually the times are not accurate and since the last update it freezes and won't stay logged in, the order online feature will lock up the app, appears lots of bugs to work out. Also need a way to automatically add the season pass level discount thur app... its great to see where SDC is heading...

The app is continuously crashing. We are season pass holders for multiple seasons in a row now, and this is the first time we've had this many issues. Issues include not being able to link the season passes. We have tried logging in under the same account on two different devices, creating separate accounts for two different devices, etc. One of the other big complaints is you have to scroll through all the entitlements to get to the season passes. Please change, and create a better app.

"Error: Unable to Connect Please make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network and try again." I even tested it after we got home on our home network and got the same error. I believe you have to be connected to the park's Wi-Fi for it to work, but I couldn't get their Wi-Fi to authenticate on my phone either. It kept giving me a sign-in loop. Love their park, been going their since I was a kid. But it's one-star for the app and their Wi-Fi.

App worked before the update, not after. Have tested internet and wifi connections, both are great running speeds. Have re-instalmes 4x across 2 android devices, still doesn't open. Other apps/web pages load connect on both data/wifi except this one. Checked all app permissions and settings, location enabled, etc. App is a complete dud after this update. Guess my OS won't support it right before my first trip.

I saw others had problems getting accurate info on wait times. My wife and I only needed it for the map and directions to entertainment venues. We picked an event off the schedule list and tried to follow the map and moving icon. Horrible result. The map tries to reposition itself with each step you take, so it constantly twirls around. When we finally got to where it was directing us it was the wrong stage! Worthless app, as far as we're concerned.
