Disappointed in this app. Looking to switch over from boostcamp so I could run Alex's programs directly using his AI app to help weight selection etc but the app is just poor. Advanced AI aspects are thrown out the window by basics not even being there. You can't add exercises into any program so you can't track any additional work or have it scale with the other accessories in the program. You can't even see the full program just the block. I unsubscribed within 30 minutes. Stick to boostcamp.

the programming is solid, and the whole interface feels personable, like it's genuinely helping me collect data on my lifts and my prep in and out of the gym. first week of training done and while it was a tough re-entry to weightlifting, I'm excited to continue to see how strong I can get, something I have seemed to lose track of for years, even when training consistently. Alex Bromley, the creator, is probably the YT fitness figure that I trust and respect the most currently. great app🔥

didn't use it more than a week, says beginner friendly but it's definitely not. Day 3 overhead day I had to Google and ask more experienced lifters what it wanted and no one knew. Could be great but definitely not a beginner app, yes I'm admitting I'm to stupid to use this

I initially left a good review because it's a coop program and I like Bromley, however, it was so glitchy I couldn't follow along with jy workout without spending 20 minutes between sets trying to get my workout to pull up. I attempted to cancel the service however I can't log into my account online and I've contacted customer support with no response back. I've been paying a monthly fee for 6 months now with what appears to be no possibility of ever canceling.

This app is worth every penny! I've been following Bromley for several years now and jumped at the opportunity to use his AI app! Easy to use and you can change lifts seamlessly based on your preferences. Highly recommend!

I had it for less than a day and canceled. App itself seems fine but programs not for me. The issue is customer service. I had a 1 day free trial, canceled within an hour but was still charged. Reached out through customer support and still no response.

You would be better off with a cookie cutter program from a dude bro in your gym than this app. * You cannot swap out warmup exercises, many of which you've never heard of * The billing and programming are disjoint -it randomly assigned 160 days out for my virtual meet date, but bills at 90, so now I'm in the awkward position of paying for half a program or canncelling. Super angry on this!!! * 70% of my gym time is phone time now, i hate it. * the warm up weights are nonsense, ignore them

the only thing i don't like is the amount of variations you get on your primary squat day with 70's powerlifter, my femurs are pretty short so all the work is already on my quads with the main movement. if i have to do another 4 quad variations after that, there is no way i'm going to be able to recover from that
