Really disappointed with my experience with this app. When I initially signed up and associated my account it looked very interesting. However, every time I try to access the app subsequently it fails to accept my password. I'm using a password safe and cutting and pasting the password. I then have to go through the password reset to get back in. The app still fails to remember / accept my password. Every time requires a password reset! Basic authentication fail and very frustrating.

Signed up for this so that I could get Alexa to show current electric prices on the screen of my Amazon Alexa Show. It shows a beautiful graph of prices. The only gripe I had was when I was trying to set up a new password for the labs app it seemed very picky of the acceptable symbols (for example ':', '#' or '€' were all rejected). Finding my account number and generating a unique API code was straightforward on the Octopus energy account page. Followed by finding and adding the skill on Alexa.

In 'Scheduler' when attempting to select the various options in the ‘Current optimised state’ field i.e. choice of ‘None’/‘Octopus’/‘Carbon’ by pressing the phone screen, nothing happens. In the next section with ‘Standard’ selected and under the ‘Charge if rate is lower than’, the ‘Import rate’ section is effectively greyed out (text is not shown in bold font) and cannot be set/changed using the ‘up’ and ‘down’ arrows on the right-hand side of the screen.

Great app. This app is specifically for integrating smart tech with Octopus or for those on a 'fan club', it will not show you your normal account info and needs to be linked to your main account. Once linked and activated by Octopus it gives a wealth of information regarding your smart tech. Good to see the refresh issue has been fixed!

Tried logging in with Octopus account credentials but found needed new log in which is not clear. Had to generate a couple of API keys to start set up, then slow to update details. Unable to configure dashboard, presented with message "You dont have permission to access this API OK". 19-Jan still waiting on a response.....

Like others I thought this would interesting to help the management of Solar system. But how do I add the inverter etc, seems to be stuck on Airex, with no option to add anything. The help is no help....

I lasted 2 minutes. No obvious way to input readings! Worst layout ever. I believe other 1 star reviews now... I am in IT myself, by the way... Way easier and obvious on site. I am always on computer any way!!!

Doesn't seem to do anything except display graphs! I installed it expecting to be able to set up schedules (which it is apparently supposed to do) . Very disappointing!
