It's Incredibly easy to use just as long as you've allready created a previous account with CVS OTC with your Insurance Name. So must already have a the Emails and password set up, then when you download the app, all you do is use the same Email and password to log into the OTC app. It's truly simple and no complications involved. Be aware! There are no biometrics in this app, because the app it's still in it's infancy state. But it works great if your looking to place your order.👍

Poorly made app. The login screen looks like taking from a fix-sized web page! The "Improve your site experience" popup window actually blocks the login textarea. The product search function is hard to use. It is also easy to crash and/or hung.

I received a $50 for a home visit. I've tried putting my information in several times on this app to activate it and it can't find me. I called, and the representative said she found me and activated my gift card, but it still won't let me make an account. She also told me that the gift card can only be used for OTC pharmacy items, but it clearly states in the mailing that I can spend it on food and household items as well. Then she said I couldn't use it online, that I had to go into the store.

Needs work! Slow to download. Tells me I have a balance, I don't. REMOVE the "improve site experience" pop up. It completely blocks the screen when logging in

The man on the phone was very nice. I got home and have tried to download my password, plus create an account. Once it said no match, the next time it had error and a number. I can't see what you have there that I need. A couple months ago, the woman took my order over the phone. I have tried everything the man there told me to do I can't even get past my user ID, tell me how I can shop today.

It Doesn't Do ANYTHING For The User, that logging into the web site doesn't do. Why should I have an extra app on the phone, tracking my activity, using battery and bandwidth, that does nothing for me?

Doesn't recognize my name and account when I attempt to register which renders this app absolutely useless. If zero stars were an option I would use it.

Great app easy to use, I get $35 monthly from CVS, because im in Medicaid it will be $50 a month in 2025. Now it's basically $420 a year on CVS supplies. Razors, bandaids, cold and flu medicine,etc. Easy to use and supplies come in 4-6 days usually for me. 2025 it will be $600 a year. It HELPS ME OUT SO MUCH!!! I can get basic stuff and OTC medicine, vitamins. These days every penny I can get to help my family, this program has been a God Sent 🙏😇 God Bless and Thank you so much for the app too
