App is junk on Android. Slow response, button presses are recorded seconds after you do it and videos constantly don't upload properly. Older versions worked better. App on iPhone does not have these same issues. I end up using a desktop browser because this app glitches and bugs out so frequently. Would not use if it wasn't required for the organization I use it for.

Its great when it works but since sprinklr revamped their website its been super glitchy on the Engagement platform -- messages suddenly disappear and then reapear randomly. This severely impacted performance on our social platforms but i was glad that weird glitch wasnt on the app at least. Ever since the app was updated however, its been just as glitchy as the desktop platform. The support team keeps opening tickets but 3 months later and no improvements.

No a bad overall experience, need to incorporate notifications for messages etc to mobile devices though. Worked hard to get a 100% response rate on our Facebook page and a green tick (via pages manager) for it to all go to waste due to not getting notifications on my device.

No content. This app is used by most of my company successfully but it has no content for me. I've followed the steps as indicated by my leadership to correct this, but my profile is uneditable, which appears to be the only fix for this no content issue. I wouldn't recommend this program to anyone.

Sprinklr is a very good piece of kit all what needs to be added is the facility to skip adding in your information when applying feedback about a samsung E-promotor as alot of old people do not like putting their private information online. And to also have the abilities to add another E-promotor into the same call with a customer and to do a warm transfer to an alternative department as we get customers coming through from wrong departments all the time.

It freezes and glitches all the time. Takes forever to load photos. This is the worst social media app i have ever used. If my company didnt force me to use this i would never download it. I hope i complain enough that my company drops it. Absolute garbage.

Have trouble loading photos to post, half the time it won't load, therefore I can't post.. very annoying.. 1/26/24. Still having issues. Newest update still has "bugs:" FYI. Can't post,

All worked fine but now in recent weeks the app (on my Android) only crashes when I open it. What changed? I need this mobile version back for my job during off hrs and weekends...help!
