I don't usually give reviews but I am making an exception for this app. It is truly awful! Half the time it doesn't load, and when it does it'a buggy and slow, and features often don't work. Schedule information is frequently incorrect. The in-app link to provide feedback doesn't even work - had to look it up manually, which tells you how terrible it must be for me to seek it out. YIKES!!!

A little update to my previous review, it seems loading the app with data instead of the university WiFi circumvents the infinite loading screen problem for me. UPDATE: Unfortunately, this time the app only works the first time around. Second time I try to open the app, it's an infinite loading screen. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app to use it every time. There definitely needs a big fix/update or a rollback to the previous iteration of the app.

If the app worked consistently, I'd rate 5 stars. The functions they put in it are really good. But frequently it won't load. Be it the estimated arrival times, the stops on the map, or the whole app, it often doesn't load in some way, even given time. Which makes the app useless and frustrating!) This had happened to me on 2 phones, multiple wifi, mobile data, day/night, various days, etc. The problem is the app!

Bad UI, wrong ETAs and crashes makes this app worthless. Better to check online schedule (good luck - the transit site has dead pages with outdated schedules) than use this app. The posted schedules also only include a tiny portion of all stops. You've got to guess when the bus is coming based on the closest stop to where you want to get on and even then the bus is late or early. I've been here for five years of grad school and I've watched Pullman transit lose good routes and become unreliable.

Ever since the September "update," it doesn't open at all! The October "update" fixed nothing; it still won't open! What's the point of having a bus tracking app that doesn't work at all?! The old version wasn't always accurate, but at least it was better than the useless new version!

App is trash. I click on the bus to see where its app and shows me a completely different bus that isn't what I clicked. Some on the half the bus times dont show up. This app has caused me to wait at a bus stop for 30 minutes before. Complete trash, complete waste of storage, and currently have to wait 16 minutes now because the app is retarded. Fix this app

Since updating, this app literally crashes upon opening. It is now unusable, and if I'm correct I can't reinstall the old version. Not only that, but the old app freezes and gives so many errors that I was forced to install this more broken version. Do not update if you can help it.

It's pretty clunky. Sometimes rides will just disappear/reappear randomly, and you have to restart the app, which doesn't always work. Quite unreliable and I missed a bus because of our. Just stick to the bus schedule and show up a little early just in case.
