The best offline crossword game. I always play it offline as ads just interrupt our concen- tration. {I turn off the messaging system (my android's sim card {but don't erase it!}) and play on "airplane mode". I highly recommend this app and play it on my phone and Kindle. The puzzle's offer daily and random choices, there are letter and word hints if you really get stuck. Enjoy.

I wish there's a penalty for helps. It's too easy. The ads up top alter the size of the puzzle. Otherwise, it's a fun way to pass time. I changed from 4 - 2 stars cuz I found mistakes. Sandra Dee isnt an actress but a character from Grease, and a turtle isn't a tortoise! I keep finding mistakes! Where do these puzzles come from? The Daily Puzzles used to be in American English but are now foreign to me. I believe the author is British & doesn't understand that all may not know what a "nappy" is.

as crossword puzzles go , this one ranks pretty high. its quick, you can choose to skip ahead and its user friendly. HOWEVER after playing several games i began to get bored. no bother thought i, its sure to ramp up . nope.nope. nope. next i tried jumping 40 puzzles. more of the same. errr... another 60.and yep...you guessed it . may i suggest a program that has an adjustable challenge variable? being able to choose a gamer can float through it or really heat up the ol synapses. It was fun for a long time...until recently when, just like a lot of other games, ads pop up when you open it and won't close, making you close the game and go through reopening it! That is extremely annoying! I deleted two games this week because they opened with ads that would not go away after opening the game 5 times in a row! Ads maybe necessary but lately they're counter productive because the more ads that pop up, the less people are going to want to play the games! 😡

My 71 year old brain enjoyed the puzzles very much. The puzzles' difficulty wasn't too hard. Some creative thinking was put to use, but for the most part, I was able to completeky solve all of the 1st four I played and I only used the 'solve letter' option 6 or 7 times altogether. Having a difficulty option for the games would have been nice so that my brain coud have thought a little deeper. Overall it was great install and I recommend installing the app. Enjoy if you do.4

It's alright but buggy. For instance, the last puzzle I worked, it shaded a letter as though it was wrong. It wasn't. Finally I asked it to reveal the puzzle and it displayed Congratulations! The tabbing between spaces/words doesn't work quite right. It goes to the beginning of the next word, rather than to the first open square within that word. There are other issues but fixing these two would sure improve the app

This is an ok crossword app but a lot of words are repetitive which gets annoying and personally, it's not challenging enough for me. Puzzles are pretty small too so bigger puzzles would be something I'd suggest to improve the app. It would also be a big improvement if there were difficulty levels you could choose ie easy, moderate, hard, expert.

I love this App. I just completed the last puzzle (400th). It's very easy to use and I've never had any problems with it. For some reason I dont have a problem with disruptive ads as others have complained about, only a thin strip across the top of the screen that can easily be ignored. Now i have to find another ap for crossword puzzle. If I cant find a replacement, I'll start at the beginning of this one again. Thanks ITSG.
