I like this watch (S4) much better than a different I had bought way back. Continuous heart rate and stress monitor stopped working on 11/26/24 at exactly 7:30pm. I dont know if that part of the watch itself broke or something is wrong with the app. I can check heart rate manually but I really like the all day heart rate. After some prodding around. A new feature called power saving was added and thats why the all day heart rate wasnt working anymore. Go to MODES in the app and turn it off.

I like the Tozo smartwatch. It monitors heart rate, stress, and sleep. Together with other parameters for activity. The app is very simple to use and easy to navigate. But for me, it has a problem when transferring HR. It doesn't show on the page.... I haven't checked yet other functions when I do. I'll update.

Bought this watch because ive had tozi head phones and they were great. Not so happy with watch. i really held off in writing review. The phone wont stay linked to watch. pretty much daily i have to reopen the app just so it will link with phone,i gotta check in daily just to get it to work. should just stay linked. kinda ridiculous i havenopen the app daily just to hope i get notifications. so im pretty disappointed in that. Battery life isnt as good as my cheap one from tic-toc. 🫤

No longer receiving notifications from some apps. In my case, WhatsApp and Gmail, the two I actually need the most. Yes, I made sure notifications are enabled for them. The watch also occasionally loses connection. I don't know if it's a problem with the watch or my phone, but this doesn't happen with any of my other Bluetooth devices. Edit: Seems like the push notifications are coming through now, so I raised my rating. But the watch keeps losing connection a lot.

I got this watch for Christmas and I can't even get it to work because the app isn't working right! When I try to register on the app it says please make sure your wifi or data is connected. I try to skip registering and it won't let me skip it. All my watch says is please download the app. I can't even see anything else to see if the watch actually works. Update: changed to mobile data and not mobile and wifi and it works now took a star off bc the sleep doesn't record all the time.

I've been holding off on rating this app, in the hopes that tech support would update the app to fix my problems. But it's been over a month since I reported that I am only sporadically receiving notifications, and never receiving notifications for email. Tech support let me know that they had received a number of similar reports. But so far, there's been no progress or change at all. I'm very frustrated and disappointed!

Downgrading from 3 to 1 star. I have waited months for a fix on sleep monitoring. Not everyone has their set schedule. Now the watch won't sync with the phone/app. Restarted both phone and watch. App is up to date. Looking elsewhere. I want to sleep monitor, I work night shifts and I want to track exercise. And the watch band has given me a local skin reaction.

Firmware & App Software Need Major Improvements. Check out Amazfit systems for reference. My first major complaint is there are no watch faces that show weather data. My second complaint is you cannot rearrange the order that apps are listed, and I don't see where you can add app widgets for when you swipe left or right. Finally the control center that shows settings, brightness 🔆, etc is not robust enough, there should be more options. That said, Tozo always delivers and quality.
