New app HORRIBLE !!!! To search classes you have to pick 1 at a time instead of viewing all or finding a class near you. They used to have a reward point system that when YF migrated to the new app, all users LOST their points. They no longer have this system nor has there been discussion to reinstate it. You can no longer change your home club in the app. YouFit utilizes a trash 3rd party service for their app called Trainerize, which IMO has ruined much of the user friendly options. POOR!!!

Totally disfunctional and useless app. Unfortunately you HAVE TO use this app to sign up for classes. However, the app no longer allows you to sign up for classes. If you plan to join youfit to attend classes, don't bother! The app says "class not found" every time you try to reserve your spot. Sorry. 5/22/23 Suddenly I'm able to sign up for class but.. Why is it so difficult to select a new default home gym?? This app always defaults to your ORIGINAL location, even if they have NO classes. Bad.

The location of this gym near me was bought out twice this year alone. First by Fitness1440 and now Bailey Cove Fitness. I have been getting overcharged the entire year and ABC Fitness refuses to acknowledge it, let alone give me a refund. The new gym changed their rates to $9.99 but you had to request that. It wasn't requested when they raised the rates though To make things worse if I want to pay 9.99 they said I have to pay a $50 enrollment fee...to a gym I'm already enrolled to.

Does not allow you to delete/remove your payment info from the app. So if you add a new credit card, it won't let you remove the old one, which seems like a security risk. I don't like that they are holding onto credit card information that they don't need. The QR code for entering the gym also never worked for me so I had to get a physical card.

Decent app but missing helpful features like being able to save a freestyle workout like your trainer can so that you can reuse the exercises you create..now we have to scroll forever to find a previous freestyle we want to reuse and then move and lose some of our weight/time progress.

My standards are quite low. Last time I belonged to the gym I couldn't get it to work, couldn't sign in. I joined again and this time it worked about a month. Then it signed me out and I used THE CORRECT PASSWORD, and could not sign in, RESET my password, and it still didn't work. I just, don't have time for this in the morning lol. I want my old fashioned tag.

My journey has been amazing but difficult. I have gotten stronger, my mobility allows me to move in ways I hadn't in some time. My flexibility has increased, leg extensions, arm flexibility, neck movements, and most importantly, my abnormal cavity has lowered to where I can breathe better when I work out and walk. Thank you, Dylan Lemon, for keeping me on my journey to a better lifestyle. My journey still has more scenery to be seenand I am positive I will be seeing it in the near future.

App user interface is horrible.. can't connect to samsung health or the watch to track anything and barcode never let's me scan in the gym had to get a physical card to get in when the older app I never had an issue !!...just horrible experience overall -1 star
