The app is as horrible as the service. I have yet to be able to reliably schedule even my first appointment. Sometimes it lets you schedule on the app, but then it just says no service has been scheduled. Attempting to communicate with their chat bot will sometimes confirm there is an appointment scheduled, but then guess what? Nobody showed up. Now they won't even let me cancel. Predatory company and botched app that is nauseatingly difficult to use.

It seems like a nice app, with helpful features. But in my first several uses, it has not been intuitive, some features highlighted in the screenshots don't seem to be available, and it seems more focused on selling additional services than managing an account. I'm glad they have it, and I'll continue to use it, but I hope they can make it more user-friendly.

The app is not bad, but it appears to have limited features and functionality. For example, I wanted to pay a bill a couple weeks ago and the option to do so just wasn't there, but ha been at other times. Inconsistent. Also, customer service is not great. For contact options, you can email with a request for reply. I have NEVER gotten a reply. Also, I have repeatedly asked for more than a one day notification for upcoming service. I get a half promise, but it never changes.

This app is surprisingly bad for as much effort as is likely being spent on it. There's more focus on making everything seem "pretty" than on actual functionality (e.g., the animated leaf icon while you're waiting for everything to load). You can't even get a receipt right after making a payment like you can on the website. Also, I can't figure out how to remove the original (now outdated) credit card I used to set up the account, if that's even possible using the app.

App has fundamental issues rendering it almost useless. I give it one star for displaying my name and address correctly. 1. Invoices open or display in unreadable format regardless of reader selected. 2. App shows a service call "treatment" was done and displays charge but in another part of app it is showing no treatments done this year. 3. After hours "Send Message" for call back feature doesnt take input and locks up app. making you have to close and reopen to use it.

One star is way too generous. I was directed to this app by a sales rep to determine the time a technician would be arriving. UNFORTUNATELY that is no where to be found!! I tried setting up text notifications, put in my cell then selected push + text and an error occurred. I checked and the cell number had been cleared out. Waiting for an update to the app soon or it along with the service will be history!

This app is terrible! Clunky and difficult to navigate. Worst of all is the way this app resets if one switches to a different app. Was composing a lengthy comment regarding my service when the phone rang. After the call, I navigated back to this app where it reloaded and I needed to start my comments from scratch. Note: the website isn't any better. C'mon Tru Green. For what you charge, you can do WAY better!!!

I downloaded this app but could not get past creating a password. It kept telling me that I needed to meet all requirements. I was meeting all requirements and I tried several times with different passwords. I hope you can fix this as I believe that this app would be useful once it is working properly. I am a transfer customer from Funk LawnCare and this is not making a very good impression.
