Lately, I keep getting kicked off, I log on again only to get kicked out again within a day or two. very frustrating. Sometimes it won't accept my password either.

When it works it is very helpful to see and manage punches a d timecard and remotely put in PTO. Problem is that half the time the app doesn't work and you have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work again. Lots of glitches that still need to be worked out

This app does not work! I have uninstalled and installed it countless times. The login page just keeps automatically refreshing so I can never complete the login process. Apparently, I need this app to clock in remotely. So frustrating!!

App worked brilliantly for 2+ years now it gets stuck after accepting Duo push and can't use it. Multiple people are saying they are seeing the same thing. App still works great on tablet. Uninstalled OneSource multiple times as well as Duo. No improvement.

It's not letting me log into my account anymore. I put in my credentials and then asks for the DUO verification process, I go to that app, accept the request and then go back to this app and it gets stuck on "logging you in", can someone help please

The app won't proceed after accepting the duo push. It's been broken for months it's completely useless, taking up space on my phone. As of 9/12 the app still doesn't work on my phone.

Horrible can't get in trying to down load the Duo Security but won't let me go any further until I get a Bar Code or some activation code. Doing the step by step instructions on the onesource but the Start setup won't come up.
