Three stars for quality and affordable phone, text and data plan. For those that don't have alot of money. All I wish for is the app let me log in. I'm having to keep going online, and sent link via, just to get on the account on the app. I personally keep updating the password or having too. I'm not even sure it's accepting what I type of what. But I could've had my account locked for an hour. Just scratching my head. Why it keeps saying wrong number or password.

Everything was good at first when I got Ultra. But now literally I can't even pay online or on my account! I called Ultra to pay my phone bill on the call, and they kept saying there was an error and unable to go through, I tried paying my phone bill FOR 6 DAYS AND IT KEPT SAYING ERROR!!! Recently I switched my carrier, but DON'T GET ULTRA! You can get better deals and plans somewhere else!

PIECE OF TRASH APP CAN'T STAY SIGNED IN! It auto signs out all the time. Super annoying. Why can't you just stay signed in like all my other apps? Whatever protocol you're using to sign people out IS WAY TOO AGGRESSIVE. Also, the send me a login link button doesn't actually do that. It actually sends you a PASSWORD RESET LINK! Absolutely infuriating! Also, customer support live chat no longer works in app! This company is going downhill insanely fast. Seriously considering switching carriers.

I signed up for Ultra because the international calling is built in, you don't need to download extra software (simple mobile) and you can buy international credit within the app. So far, I dialed about 80 times, the calling experience is not much better than others I have used and their system is so dumb that you lose all your calling credit if your plan renews before you use it. The calling history does not show the cost of each call for user to request an exact refund

Stay away from this company! Poor network and customer care service. Data slow, sudden loss of signal. After having reset and changed the sim the problem is persistent. Any kind of reimbursement is possible, even if you signed for a long-term contract. Awful!!! Answer: I did it twice. The rep was not able to help. I asked to escalate or to have a mail address to write, I was answered to check it on Google....

I've tried using the app with two different phones now. It does not work! I've tried every method I can think of to get in. In response to my attempts my account keeps getting locked. Their online website is constantly undergoing "system upgrades" and "maintenance." Do not use this service. Their service constantly cuts out. I had a much better customer experience with mint mobile, though their signal constantly drops as well.

The app is very good in terms of functionality. I hate that it charges more fees than in store payments when I was living in New York. In New York for my 29 dollar plan all I paid was 30 dollars because there is a service fee charge of 1 dollar. But here in fayetteville the in store costs more than the online payment. And for online, I pay for the 3 month classic plan but I get charged about almost 94 dollars instead of 87 dollars. That's too much. That needs to stop happening. And they tried to

App stopped working for me, it stays on the "pull down to refresh"page and never changes. Excuse me brief glimpses of my information between loading times but then covers it again. I can't interact with anything or see how much did I have left. It is up to date and there are no fixes for this as far as I'm aware. If you could please fix your app or possibly refund me that would be awesome thank you.
