I am really disappointed with this app. I used it for a few months to make calls to my family in Afghanistan and the connection was satisfactory. However, since the last two months the app stopped working and I had about 10 euro in my account. I unistalled the app and reinstalled it but again the same problem! I emailed the ViMo team three times and got no reply! I feel like they stole my money! Really frustrated with this app! 😡

Your last update in August is bad, and one can not top up again with paysafe voucher.. too bad. I was offered to buy phone number to my favourite country and i will not be paying the connecting fees per each call. I later discovered that it was false because am still been charged for connecting fees, my calls are often interrupted so as to be able to charge more for connection.. I wrote a complain but no response to my maill till now.

It is a convenient app and simple to use, however I'd like to suggest a change within the app, when I'm on the call through Vimo and get another call to my handset the Vimo call goes mute itself and you have to make the call again to be able to hear and talk.

Every thing is working fine but I cannot add credit using debit card because in many countries paypal debit card is not work. They don't accept other countries debit card which are not approved by paypal. You can use stripe checkout which integration is quite easy. I will be waiting for your reply.

I thought by now this new version would be better, so many attempts in buying number but it kept saying Network Error, try again. Which was the same reason I Uninstaller the App back in 2019. What's Happening?

Vimo is a good program. But from Afghanistan to Roshan to Roshan, it consumes more than normal. If my Afghanistan number has 1000 minutes of voice communication from Roshan to Roshan in Afghanistan, then with Emo, this voice will be reduced from 1000 minutes to only 300 minutes. It hangs up. The sound is cut off again and again. Sometimes it stops working. We don't know the voice of the person calling. Hope you solve this problem soon Kindly i give 3 star
