Good app. However, can you please give an option in the settings to only have positive news come up in notifications? I'd like to still receive important weather updates as well, but I hate opening my phone at the end of the workday, or during lunch and seeing that someone's gotten shot or someone's gotten killed. It's not good for anyone to constantly hear about that stuff.

I loved the app until the last week or so...too many sponsored stories, and the app keeps crashing or the screen wiggles from left to right! Update 2/20/18 I keep getting pop up ads when pulling up stories! I have to go back to the home screen to get out of them. This is happening on both the news and weather apps. update 3/16/19 app keeps crashing upon opening. please get rid of the sponsored ads, pretty sure that's what is causing the problem.

I've been a loyal listener to Ch 19 news for more than 40 years. I've used the app now for several years, but will now uninstall it. This is because it has become so annoying WITH ADS. I can put up with scrolling ads at the bottom, then they began making ads look just like real stories. Now, everytime I try to read a news item the app plays audible ads. This is annoying and so distracting you can't read the story, plus it disrupts anyone around you, no matter where you are.

Watch now stream does not work well. It shows a quick clip and cuts off. Looking to watch the morning news with watchnow but i was playing the news from the night before. Not good, app needs work. If you don't have cable or satellite you should be able to watch from your favorite apps.

I live in the Huntsvile area and am very disappointed with this app. When there is breaking news and you get a notification by the time you are able to get to the proper page the video is over because of the ads. I can't view anything without being pestered by video ads. Will now uninstall. Website is better but not as good as it used to be.

Reinstalling for fourth time. Keeps saying that the live news "failed to load." Reinstalled for fifth and last time. Will not load and if it miraculously does, only plays for about 5 seconds and then stops. I wait for 10 minutes, but it never comes back. Love to hear Jason's forecast, but will be watching Kate McKenna on WAFF. Their app works. Bye 19.

used to work great keeps shutting down , then when try to click on story it is like it don't know I am trying to open the story, then it will end up having a long list of sponsored ads and it makes the page do different , please fix I think it has a bug or virus is starting to be my concern

Annoying. Upon opening, the app always asked me to check the notifications I had selected, saying that some may have changed. None had changed. The only way to stop it was to turn on all notifications, which I did not want. Uninstalled.
