There are multiple issues with this app. The hospital reception said how to operate this app to book an appointment with a doctor, but it doesn't work accordingly. If the appointment with a doctor is booked and the online payment is made, it's not possible to verify the status with this app. Such inapt app it is. Also, once I logged out from the app, no OTP is sent to log in back again. And the reception lines remain too busy all day, and so, no grievance redressal is feasible.

Just pathetic app. You can just check doctor list here. Booking procedure is fake. If you book through app and select time, then also you have to be in line there. It's always 1st come 1st serve basis, then what is the use of booking online? Idiotic things all around.

I booked for 2nd dose of Covishield vaccination for three of family members including on advance payment of ₹780/each slated for 3/9/21 through MyWoodlands mobile app on 25/8/21. So , there are no mention of slots for vaccination either in Covishield or covacin till 31/8/21 I have cancelled all three bookings. Surprisingly, there is neither any message in my registered email nor any sms as to how the said booking amount of ₹ 2343 ( ₹780x3). I am waiting anxiously for a reply from Woodlands

So much disappointed with the app. Today I made a payment with the app and it didn't reflects till now. Need the solution asap.

Worthless app. After going to doctor, the app indicates appointment MISSED. Hospital says not to book tests (e.g. Echo) thru the app. Again, even after doing the Echo, the app indicates appointment MISSED. What is the point in making an app when it is of no use.

Hospital administrators probably build a habit of harassing patients and patient parties. Even the apps u build is worthless. Everytime why it asks for otp. Is it a bank app. Can't bypass the update even in an emergency or the apps doesn't gets updated also. Please look into we are here for business not to be harassed by u.

Pathetic application. Bad controls. Even if you book an appointment and pay online it is not confirmed until you take the reciept from Woodlands counter again. Utter waste.

Total time waste....tests,doctor visit done yesterday....not showing anything on the app....tried to look for report through the website says OP no. And mobile no. Does not match
