I still rely on it a lot and while it does have good content, at some point the indicator showing which team currently has possession of the ball went away. Having that back would be very helpful.

Spent 2 hours trying to accept tickets. I have had no issues in the past. Tickets would never show in the app like usual. Just got a blank screen. Somehow used a follow up email to bypass the app and they showed up in Google Wallet. Clunky process. I see others have had similar issues. Please fix or let us print tickets.

Terrible app. I've had issues accessing tickets before, for years. Now I'm trying to transfer tickets with another ticket holder and I can't even access my tickets. I call the number and they don't have actual humans to talk to to help me remedy the situation. This app is terrible and it's clear other people are still having issues with it. If you are not going to fix your app, you need to allow another way for ticket holders to get into the event

Anyone else having an issue pulling tickets up. I open the app go to my tickets and it keeps going to sign in to ticket master even tho my account is connected and then the screen is blank. I need to get this resolved before the game Monday night.

Similar to others, I can't access tickets. I'm a long time STM and used this app with no issues for past few years. Tried getting tickets today to save to Google wallet and got same message as others about linking to Ticketmaster. My phone is an Android (Galaxy S24). My wife was able to pull tickets up on her I Phone. Appears may be an issue with app on Android? Frustrating!

Terrible update. Crashes, doesn't provide basic game information such as possession, and abysmally slow game updates.

Every time I try to access my tickets, I get a blank screen. I have linked my ticketmaster account like it said, but it still won't work. This is so frustrating. I reached out for help, and all I got in return is that we can access our tickets through our mobile browser on our phone instead of the app. Not helpful at all.

I am unable to access any season tickets because the app is in an endless loop of logging in, then it says I need to link my Ticketmaster account (they have been linked for years). No access to my tickets at this time. App is so clunky. Please make it better.
