Where did the remote go? I just get a minimalistic remote, that misses most of the functions, that were available with previous app versions and the physical remote. How can I control apps like Netflix or alike? @Marco I have a MR401B. Why did the update take away all remote capabilities? Furthermore it does not detect my MR in standby. I have to power it on first. When do you expect an update that brings back the user experience?

Tested for one month. It's not terrible but far far from being a top quality app. The worst thing for me is that the subscription cost MORE than the monthly fee for the Media Receiver. That's unforgivable. Typical Telekom 🤦‍♂️ I'm looking for a good, affordable, alternative to the horrible MR400 device, which I seriously hate, constantly updates, hangs up, low resolution etc.

Version 3.0.0 does not work on Android 10 (Android 11 was a typo). When opening the App I receive an error message and.... That's it... I'm not able to use it... Reinstall, Cache cleaning, reboot does not help. The error message says "Das hat leider nicht funktioniert. Bitte versuchen es noch einmal (1000000)". It offers to retry (exactly the same error message appears again) or to close the app.

The idea is great, the content is good, the price is fair. But the app is rather buggy and ruins the whole experience. Laggs, freezes, ignoring downloaded content, eating up your mobile data budget. In the video plaYer thr audio often get async to thr video. Too bad, please fix this.

Logging me out without reason, cant download some of the football games to watch them while on the road, two times all downloaded football games disappeared. Almost impossible to follow world cup from my two android devices. Two stars because it works ok on Windows web interface and smart TV.

Unable to connect remote control to media box Other users having the same problem, nothing but no help on the Telekom website Hello Jutta, Thank you for your reply a 401.. We received it this year as part of an upgrade we had endless problems with the last one... if what you are telling me is true then we will cancel the contract and find a new provider... We have had lots of problems with the internet connection continuously shutting down... also we are on our third router,,, We are not impressed at all with the service from Deutsche Telekom,,, They really ought to be ashamed of themselves for the amount they charge,,, I wouldnt recommend anyone else signing up with them

Not the smartest app on my phone. It doesn't remember my email address and password. Have to sign in too often. Have to click three times to start watching something. Often it says "Booking erforderlich" as if I don't have an account. Deleting it right after Euro 20

What a terrible streaming app. Seriously. I am appalled by how terrible it is. I'm taking notes. And if I ever finish the third season of Handmaid's Tale, I will send a PowerPoint presentation to the developers outlining the terrible UX of this app because this terrible app is an affront to UX Professionals everywhere.
