I really want to like this app, but I don't understand how a "government affiliated" app justifies bombarding users with that much advertising and no option to switch them off (i.e. subscription or one-off payment). Gov-affiliated, so funded by taxes, right? So why when I open the app I have a full-screen advert for something pointless, after removal I have ads at the bottom reducing screen space for the actual information, followed by 3 ad banners mid-app interrupting info. It's too much!

Still CRASHES at a preference screen, or even at right at startup. Or as I noticed: it jumps to background. I got it temporarily working, either by clearing the cache, or going through personal preferences first.I also tried moving it to SD, and back. Those crashes got to be resolved! STUPID NAME, why isn't this called as it should: 'Météo France'? I even have a problem finding this app. I am using this mainly for the mountains: avalanche & weather reports. Vital because it is the only French avalanche report available. After a glance at the current functionality (while still working) the mountain report seems pretty clear and detailed now. But effectively: it is still USELESS. Will uninstall again.

Reasonable app but more obtrusive advertising than any other app that I've used. Google weather just as good but without the ads. Just checked the weather and an ad opened with loud music!!! There are many situations where you wouldn't want that to happen, and any app that imposes that deserves 0 stars. MUTE DEVICE BEFORE USING!!! TROP DE PUB!!!!

Very good application and forecast. Efforts have been done also to integrate adverts in the interface so that they are less disturbing. However the last release graphic interfaces are not a real improvement since trend wind evolution information are lost in the hourly icons describing the daily forecast. You have to click on each hourly icon to get this information through the main icon instant describtion instead. This is not actually an improvement but rather a step backward.

Efficient but too many ads, which makes it painful to use. You want to quickly know the weather forecast? Better wait for 5 seconds to watch an add hard to close once the time is over. This ridiculously make the user experience a lot worse than the app is doing. It also aslacks a quick way to change the units and also the default page as I am usually interested with the very short forecast as I am biking a lot. Unfortunately, I always have to change the tab. But it is accurate, so I use it.

It was a good app, with useful widgets... Running an ad every time you view the app, even when switching between apps without closing it, makes it slow to use. The widgets were a useful addition, but recent changes have removed the update buttons so they get stuck on whatever date you set them up and don't refresh. Altogether, a good app that has been ruined with ill-thought out updates

I would not recommend except the fact the app is a must to have Metro France forecast and rain within the hour feature... however often inestable or draining battery message from Android... At several occasions updated in the past to bring new design or features, perceived as échec every time. Advertising topics or items are frequently useless and reiterated.

Handy App, Not Always Right! They do best at predicting the weather in the short term. Impressed when it says it is going to rain in a 5 minute window & it does! The forecast changes during the day. What you see for the future is rarely what we actually get. Better than having no forecast at all to use to make plans with. I use this app regularly when I'm in France.
