One half doesn't work as intended, the other half is just an infuriating and badly designed mess. By far the worst app I've ever used. "Best" recent part was the app not accepting my login data after a new app version came out anymore - but giving no hint at all about the why or even that there was a new version I needed to install. I only checked the app store on a hunch, updated, was forced to set a new password, and even that only worked on the third try. Unbelievable

What have you done since the last update? Before the app was bad, but it used to work. Now it is just unresponsive and laggy. On the old version I could access the tickets with 2 clicks, but now I need at least 4 clicks and to scroll down to use them. Please understand that the main reason your app exists is to buy and validate bus tickets. Having bus times, itineraries and more is useful, sure, but if your main functionality is not working well your whole app fells worthless.

Need to log back in every single time: so convenient standing in a crowded bus. Updates with useless changes, overpriced tickets.. Very bad experience

Horrible app. I cannot login to retrieve my existing tickets. Every time it asks me to reset the password. But the link I get in the email never works. Tried multiple browsers and spent hours to solve this but no success.

Achingly slow, sluggish, no info gets cached locally it seems and the interface responds slowly as a result.

The app is quite profoundly unintuitive and cumbersome in operation. I'm sure if this had been trialled on a few novice users this much would have become obvious. Needs a redesign from bottom up. Equally disappointing is the timetable databases which, at least in this users experience, can be incorrect or incomplete. Obviously if the bus companies provide poor data then there's little you can do about that, but then what's the point of the app if it can't be trusted...

Never mind, I got it to work thanks to support, I had to validate my account. It would be good for the app to put a reminder for this because it wasn't so obvious to me that I had to do it. I'll leave the previous comment here so everyone can point and laugh at me. **I bought a ticket through the app but I can't use it because nothing happens when I click on it. It shows for a split second a qr code scanner but that's it, worthless and I lost my money."*

I expected it to let me find the bus to go from a source to a destination (in Dunkirk). If that function exists, it's not obvious from the main menu. What value is the application adding? "Trip planner" is not available on my app, and the developers want my email to tell me when it's ready. The app is not "free" if you read in the GDPR about the data they let third parties take from you.
