yes it happen again, no wonder of the goverment app. waste of budget. after update asking photo again even though already registered. IMHO you just need to secure our data, not asking to much right. asking access to media and such and cannot continue without it, what this app have to do with it? the data it is on the server right ? not on the user. and one other thing, it ask photo but the app even cannot take the photo, seriously?

This app is quite helpful but needs a lot of improvement, entering the app always show "asking for user permission" and even after granting permission still gets stuck there before loading to the menu. Hopefully there will always be improvements!

Asking for photo verifitaction, but the apps just can't take the photo (the shutter button just won't work). Seriously? Digitalized all of my data and now I can't even access it?!

Update > log off automatically > cannot log in without taking the photo > photo app does not work properly. And you told us to ditch the old one for this digital version ?

very bad application. Can not log in because face recognition even the face already inside the frame. this goverment app but very difficulty to use it.

After update I am stucked at PIN verification. I believe I have entered the right one. But if I'm wrong, shouldn't there be a way to reset my PIN? Please fix it.. thanks..

After the most recent update, It says that I don't have an account yet when I tried to login. It then redirected me to registration screen. 🤦. All those hours spent queueing at Kelurahan office for registration are wasted. 🤦.

Bad apps, why are you asking to allow all access to my media? Useless. Got stuck when I have to do face recognizing steps. Is it online or offline to activate this?
