Ever since the update happened I feel like the UI is not easy or smooth. I don't understand the need to change the UI because the way the app was before worked really well. anyway, aside from that, one thing I wish you guys would add is is a "do not work here" list where each user can keep a list of facilities they never want to go back to. And maybe from there have it, so those facilities you choose not to see, don't show up in the booking schedule.

Love the app very easy to use and I love the response time from customer service. Both from here and in app. I havent had any issues with shifts being cancelled like some travel companies I have worked with. And they are very transparent about what's expected and very flexible to help you get to work

I hate the new update! the point system is horrible. maybe they should ease up on taking the points, and and atleast give them benefit of the doubt we do have great workers, and sometimes we might be late. but removing over 100 point off of a estimation of time arrival. not knowing that some of us speed (Not saying it's legal) but some of us do risk our life trying to beat the clock. and picking up shifts 6 hours ahead running off of 1 hour of sleep. it seems like a lack of consideration lately

Despite all of the highly rated reviews, it's just ridiculous to get this app working for my Samsung S23 Ultra! Developer gave me his email to contact them, maybe I can install it again! Need to ask Samsung technical support for mobile phones, depending on who you get when calling, always matters! This app all other clipboards apps too hard for me to know what I need to do! Smartphones will never be outlawed, but they really should be!! Gary and Brandy

I'm having a hard time logging into my account. It's been 10 to 15 minutes. I've updated the app I have done the passcode through via text message and through email and I'm still not able to log into the account. I keep sending emails to customer support and they're just telling me to do what I've already done. I wish I was able to talk to somebody with a phone. because I'm not able to talk to somebody through the chat because I'm having a hard time logging into the app.

This app gets more and more janky with each iteration. The updated app has a new, slick scheduling dashboard that looks nice. Except the shift filter option does not work, and is hopelessly unintuitive. The buttons to choose what shift (AM, PM, NOC) are ridiculously implemented with no feedback to show whether they have been depressed and are filtering your results. The calendar layout worked so much better, as you can see the entire month at a glance. Swing and a miss.

unnecessary additional charting on TAR for psych meds and difficulty getting login info set up. The staff was great to work with and very pleasant and helpful.

Tell me how it's fair that facilities are allowed to cancel you for several shifts WITHOUT A PENALTY!! BUT if you cancel you lose 50 points!! I'm starting to remember why I deleted this app when I was in texas!!
