There are many people having an issue where they get to the "Add Partner" screen. They are stuck because they cannot enter a partner code and the "Start without code" will ask them to "Allow" or "Dismiss". To fix this error, go into your settings and allow the Notifications for the app. This will allow you to move on and connect with your spouse. I was having the same issue and it worked for me.

Looking at other reviews the app doesn't work, just keeps asking me to 'allow connection' and doesn't provide any other options so I can't connect to a partner account - makes the whole app redundant and it looks like this has been a problem for over a year so definitely avoid this app. Also doesn't work after 'reinstalling' the app.

It seems to have a lot of the features I would want. BUT, it doesn't narrow your selections down to what streaming service you say you have. My BF and I need recommendations only for one streaming service- Crunchyroll. It's the only reason we downloaded this app. But even after rating titles/movies till we got to level 2, it recommended exactly 0 anime titles for us.

Manually Turn on Notifications!!! This app gets stuck in a loop asking for permission to send notifications but it doesn't actually prompt the phone to allow notifications. If you go to your phone's settings and manually allow notifications it may help.

Broken App! Doesn't work at all. Made my account, get to the "Add Partner" screen, can't enter (by typing or pasting) the code, can't "Start without code". Just tells me to "Allow Connection", I hit "Allow" about 20 times, uninstall & redownload the app but nothing works.

Scam! Asks for a lot of information that's not related to function of the app. Would not let us delete our account and information without going through a complicated different website. App was not showing up on the phone properly either and could not proceed to using the app. Reportedly Google Play.

I am having the same issue as most others that left a review. It will not let me pass the code screen. The keyboard won't even pop up to type a partner's code, and you can not skip that step either. I was looking forward to this app but it just does not work at all.

Not available in certain countries. Was looking forward to using this with my partner but the IOS version of the app is not available in Malaysia. This alongside the text code confirmation not being available outside of the US is frustrating.
