This is an excellent update. One potential improvement is that if one can observe where the bus is heading to -- for some routes like D2, the direction of the bus is not clearly distinguishable. The to/from Utown routes overlap and all can be seen on the map is that somewhere lies a bus. Can the app, under this situation, allow user to click on that bus and show its direction?

The ad popup makes this app almost unusable. The popup attempts to load upon app launch and nothing else displays until the ad popup is loaded, but it requires a very stable connection to load. If you get disconnected before it loads - e.g when you are making your way between classes (90% of usage time) the popup loads forever even if u get reconnected. Coupled with the fact that univus REQUIRES one to be connected to NUS WIFI, this makes the app unusable. Use an integrated banner, it's 2021.

This app used to be my friend, I would always check it so I could arrive to the bus stop just in time to catch the bus. Then this year, it betrayed me. It lied that d1 was 22 minutes away, prompting me to walk to my destination instead. Yet one min later I saw d1 zoom past me. What the heck man. It did this again and again until I no longer trust this app anymore. Gave one star instead of zero for all the good times I had using in the past. But they will only be memories :((

Very slow app. At unpredictable intervals the developers display advertisement banners in the app, preventing it from loading the menu. Totally unnecessary in a convenience app.

Doesn't work... 100% unreliable. Posted scheduled timings at the bus stops are waaaaay more accurate +5mins. The app consistently gives a timing 30-40 mins off. Please take this off the app store, it's a waste of space.

Incredibly buggy and unreliable as of late. Most of the time when I open the app, the estimated time is completely wrong. Sometimes the buses can remain in the same place on the map for 15 mins without either timing or position updates. No alert or message that there are any server problems either.

Inaccurate bus timings. Sometimes the app takes too long to load - which can be a problem when the actual buses arriving are not within one's field of vision. Thus, one may miss the bus - by a matter of minutes.

It is bad enough that the app does not always load properly, perhaps can consider removing the Mystery Rider popup on startup that, when misclicked, redirect to browser? Too much delay for us just trying to get bus timing.
