I downloaded this app when I first heard about it but have never been able to log into my account. I have contacted customer support and got a response a few weeks later. I tried what they suggested, and when that didn't work, contacted them again. Have not heard back and it's been probably around 2 months. Now I am getting a different message about having trouble sending me a SMS text with a code. I am very excited to finally have a City Brew app, so I hope they get the bugs out soon.

Opened app, first screen showed I had a birthday offer for free drink.clicked it, added a drink, went to checkout, all was perfect, I saw offer value was $10, so went back to look at menu again. Don't know what screen I was on but my right thumb hit the screen, on what I do not know, then a message came up saying I had somehow just DELETED my offer!!! It is NOWHERE. Called store, girl was baffled like me, WENT to the store, she couldnt figure it out!! Lost free bday drink. Very disappointed!!

This app doesn't still work. I have to login every time I open the app by entering my email and password because for some reason this cannot remember my email. Fingerprint login would be great. It's such a hassle using this app and I don't get credited loyalty points so what's the point of the app in general. Great job city brew.

It would be nice if the new improved app had the old ability to merge gift card balances and to only scan once to both pay and get rewards. Scrolling thru multiple gift cards and scanning 2 or 3 times is cumbersome.

When there is a discount, how does someone know the discount was placed on the item through the app? That is my one issue with this app. It always ask for the promo code but when I go to the email with the daily special (i.e. $1.00 off on 32 oz after 12pm) I have no idea what the actual promo code is that needs to be entered. Or does it just take the $1 off through the app? So confusing.

Does not work. It let's you get to the very end when ordering and once you hit the order button it goes away and brings you back to the ordering screen all over again. Not very useful!

The reward points are misleading. You get to 50 points thinking you get a free coffee because it literally says "free coffee", then get told you can only get a drip coffee. So a candy cane hot latte isn't considered a coffee? You try to redeem the 50 reward points first time and then the app asks you a credit card thinking it's for verification but instead you get charged for it. All of the information on the app is completely wrong.

New app is awful. Put in my entire order and go to pay and it crashes. This is a constant problem and has happened to me multiple times. What's the point of an app to order if you can't put in an order...?
