I recently updated my OnePlus 10 Pro to the latest Android version (OxygenOS), and now the app is completely broken. When I search for updates in the Play Store, it only shows the "Install" button, even though the app is already installed. When I try to open it, I get the error message: "App isn't installed." I've tried restarting my phone, clearing cache, and reinstalling, but nothing works. This needs to be fixed ASAP! Please provide a solution or update the app.

There is something wrong with the hidden folder feature. it takes a lot of time to open and sometimes it doesn't even open. All other features are working perfectly fine but my only bother is hidden folder feature is not working properly. Would love to see it get fixed as early as possible

Functional for keeping side hidden folders. I would give it five stars if there was a way you could set the app for a 3 minute 5 minute no password required feature period having to constantly put in a pin every single time you want to move an item gets a little exhausting. Still though for the price it works well.

So far I like the app, and love the password protected secret vault. I just have some notes. 1. To move a photo/group OUT of the locked vault, I don't like having to mak a separate folder to move them out. 2. Can you add a "Select All" feature for when I want to select a big group of photos? 3. I would like to be able to write/draw on photos and other editing features. 4. The "Crop" feature is wacky. It MOVES the picture, not crop it. Please fix that. (Google gallery does that better.)

I wish there was a way to adjust the time/date stamp of photos. Additionally, my 1Gallery app has been randomly moving extremely old photos to the top of my gallery, changing their date to today, with no way of me moving them back to the date that they came from. Being able to share only 10 photos at a time is a real shortfall too, because the share feature is how I backup photos.

Lost my secure albums three times now. They just vanish. As a paying customer, this is unacceptable. EDIT: In response to the answer: That is three separate times where I uninstalled and reinstalled the total program, redid the gallery, and then a few weeks/months later, galleries are gone again. Of course I rebooted multiple times throughout the months.

A Google user

It's kinda like Quickpic before Quickpic sucked. It's a lot faster than Quickpic is too, even though the UI is nicer and more up-to-date looking. Pics load much quicker too, try loading a pic in this app and your current gallery and you will notice this one does it faster. Some galleries take a few seconds to load 100% of the quality, this one on my Oneplus 6T does it almost instantly. Highly recommend it

I have been looking for a simple and easy Gallery app as the default one on my Realme phone is not very good. I tried many Gallery apps and this is the best of them. Easy to use, fast, the encrypted vault is a nice addition. There is also an easy to use photo editor. The ads in the free version are not very intrusive. Eventually bought ad-free version just to support the dev.
