I'm so disappointed. I was looking for a parental control app that would work between Apple and Android as this claimed to. I am more than willing to pay for a good app so I purchased a year subscription. It does NOT work! I went through the trouble shooting advice, reinstalled the app on both phones, and even tried the online chat through the app. After still not working I sent an email and got no answer. I'm out money, have an app that doesn't work, and a company that doesn't want to help.

Absolute garbage of an app. My son was able to bypass locked apps with ease, he could use the phone while in lockdown mode, the statistics of time used on the phone or within apps was completely incorrect. This was a complete waste of money and I would highly recommend everyone avoid this app. It doesn't do anything advertised.

The app works. After a while, the time limit on the child side shows time that wasn't actually spent. Example: My app says she spent 34 mins. But her app shows she spent over 19hrs. I need this fixed bc it defeats having a time like set if the app is going to do its own thing. Other than that, I enjoy being able to block apps that aren't good for her, tracking her location from school to home and sporting events.

I read thru many reviews, both good & bad. It appears that the parental end gets stuck on the phone also & that's never good for anyone. It feels like a trap. I want to be able to watch & look out for my kid, but am also looking for an app to look after my elderly mom. I want to be able to quickly listen in on her when I'm away from home cuz I'm her caretaker & worry extensively when I'm not w/her. She can easily fall , but may not be able to call for help. This app appears to be a horrible one.

Don't waste your money. I used this app with a teen for just under two weeks and discovered that the time limit and app blocking features are easily defeated. My teen simply changed the time on their device to circumvent the scheduled restrictions. Additionally, placing the device into battery saver mode disabled the app. When I raised the issue with the support team, I was told that there was not a way to address the issues. The app is useless since it's easily defeated. No refund either.

Books Galore

This app is ridiculous! Every single day, I have to go back and re-lock the apps I locked already. I set the limit to 10 minutes since it won't allow me to set it to zero when she's grounded. I return the next day; all the apps have returned to "Always available," and the apps that have a 10-minute time limit, she's been on for over an hour! *WASTE OF MONEY*!!!

The location doesn't update very often unless the person is moving even if it's kind of glitchy it doesn't give you an accurate report of look up contact history on YouTube on Google Chrome. To top it all off the app tells me she's used XXX amount of time on a app but then on child phone it says a lesser amount so it's caused more confusion frustration and division in the already complex situation. Not too happy. Gave it 2 stars cause it does help a little sometimes with scheduling blocked time

There's a quite a few things that was bothering me.. it kept saying he was on other apps that I couldn't check 36 and 100 hours. It locked well at least it seemed like and maybe he couldn't get on the apps but it was still glitching out and saying he was. It also had no option to set it to American standard Time. The options were limited even on the premium too I didn't like it very much
