Barely works for 2023 standards. It's possible to purchase tickets and that pretty much it. Seat reservations do not work - reservation is not registered on the train and effectively lost. In case of delays there are no real-time updates in the app. In case of missed connection app still displays connection as valid and doesn't offer alternatives. What is the point of having this app?

App not working on Android today (Galaxy S24+). Was fine yesterday, but today it keeps crashing. Uninstall/reinstall and phone restarts do not help. Did fresh install on two other Galaxy devices and experienced the same thing. **UPDATE** The app is working now. And it looks a bit different than it did before.

Good app all in all 3 stars because since recently we need to type the card number (vorteils karte) of people we are buying tickets for. Really not practical, especially if they still need to show it when the tickets are checked.. Would be nice if we this was just an option or if we could scan their card.

A new one: why are the hands on clock in the journey preview correct but the text is incorrect? Clock shows 5min until departure but the text says ' in 24 minutes departure from...' ??? Why does the android back button not work? Why are there so many loading screens? Why does the app take that long just to display a search form? The old app was WAY nicer!

Tried to book 1 ticket in addition to the 3 we already had. The app deleted the 3 tickets we had previously booked. We are now stuck with our kids, unable to get a refund or get to our destination. OBB ticket office was not helpful at all.

If you have a klimaticket, the app will not let you "book" a trip that is covered by the klimaticket. This means you don't get updats on delays or information like change of platforms. It used to be possible 2 weeks ago. You actually manged to make a decent app worse.

Downloaded the app to add my "Klimaticket" so i don't have to carry it around with me. However, the app tells me something went wrong, so i have to carry it around with me anyway. Really disappointed from ÖBB.

The app hàd small update now it doesn't work and tickets are on the app. Travel tomorrow essentially with no tickets. Would give a zero if I could. Do not use, go paper as it is safer.
