Great app until the November updates. Used to be beautiful and colorful, well thought out (still is in this regard), but the recent updates switched to a font that doesn't fit the theme of the app, and the colorful action bars that used to indicate the status of a parcel is now just… Gray. At least make it red like the rest of the app, come on.

What have you done? This was a perfectly good app and now it's just a useless waste of space on my phone. Won't open, goes straight to my browser and wants me to log in every time and when it does eventually open, it's turned off all my notifications and won't allow me to turn them back on! Seriously, why did you ruin it so severely, it wasn't broken. Please fix it or I'll just have to uninstall it and just rely on email notifications.

Not working properly? The app still updates me on tracking and delivery status, but the button that says "collection details" with a barcode symbol just shows the information relating to the physical post office and no longer shows the parcel barcode for scanning at the post office. I have to go to the email notification to get it. Seems stupid.

Look the apps pretty good, Just when things go wrong it doesn't handle the very well. From the customers point of view. When a parcel is being tracked for example and no QR code to unlock a locker is provided because the sender stuffed up the user becomes very anxious as to what is going to happen next. I had to make phone calls to get to the bottom of why I wasn't getting the information. This is totally unnecessary and should be thought through. It's an easy fix and shows a lack of planning.

Aus Post has changed its tracking system, no longer giving the exact details on some select facilities, i.e. Chullora. My assumption for this is that people could see exactly where Aus Post was continuously failing and would leave bad reviews on Google maps. So, instead of addressing the obvious incompetence at these facilities, they chose to change the wording of the location. We can only assume they have done it this way to save money and buy themselves more watches.

Good that I can track items through an app. Unfortunately, it's the only thing good about Auspost. Expensive and disrespectful are the words that come to mind when I think of AusPost. The parcels to select from are very minimal. Atleast ebay offers the sizes that are more suitable and the prices are half that of Auspost.

Phenomenal. I've had absolutely no problems with the app itself at least in the past year or two. Always up to date with the site, automatically adds most parcels that I get and adding them manually is a breeze too. I've noticed that it sometimes even shows estimated delivery *times* with a range of a few hours, which is a nice addition!

Pretty solid little app, would highly recommend, though every now and then it can be slow (due to posties not scanning sometimes but that's not an issue with the app itself) definitely a huge relief for tracking and being notified about important deliveries :)
