Using e-on from Vivacom and this is by far the worst experience ever!!! The picture is lagging, no support, tried to contact the support and it takes more than 30 minutes to chat with someone or to talk with an agent, etc., and no help, no explanation what is causing the issue. The App itself is not giving you the option to contact the support, no info of the usage, etc. It is just an App for payment and adding additional extras but no help, no usefull tips. Totally disappointed.

Totally useless in every way. You recharge, money disappear, even though you have in excess of 400 "free" minutes, but you cannot tell what was your money spent on. You go to one of their offices and they redirect you to call 123 as they are also useless and are 'unable to access your account'. You call 123 but they won't take your call because you 'have insufficient funds to complete the call'!?!? I wonder, is it even possible to get any more useless than that?

Vivacom does not give you detailed information on monthly usage and expenses on your payments by default, which any other kind of service and their competitors provide. This is malicious practice and is inconveniouncing users. If you log to the app on the phone the access is limited, tou need to refister via email but the information is not easy to find. They do not provide details of usage for previous payments, unless you pay for those as a service, which ridiculous, and much more but hit limi

I usually like it but now it has a serious problem. The app doesn't work. Opening it shows that the app doesn't work, and the option to close it, then opening it again, closes it automatically. App keeps crashing even when killed and fresh open. The problem is not only on my device and with my account.

The Most Efficient application of telecom in the World. I can activate or deactivate my SIM Cards, as I can do it with the system of VIVACOM, I think. Great User Interface, and prochee. Good Luck!

Side One

After recent update the app keeps crashing. Im not able to even launch it. Reinstall did not help. In addition, a few month ago, payments stopped to work, so I can't charge my phone number using the app.

App gets improved, but it still can not show the current Internet usage for the home packages, like Mobix, that provide home Internet access. The app can show only the megabytes spent within the mobile plans.

Application opens and closes after recent update. Clearing the data does not solve the issue. It constantly requires access to my contacts which I do not want to give.
