No option to see the video with an increased speed or forward or backward video for 10 sec is not possible if we don't understand a point Not a good experience with video viewing Also we can't even download some material because of the bugs if there is a file with similar name in other folders it shows download a big backdrop

I had accidentally purchased TM version test series instead of EM and informed the same to the management immediately. But they didn't given the access EM despite my request to close the access to TM as they are of same price. App payments grievances are not seriously considered by the tech team. Higher management must consider this issues as they loose goodwill on academy.

Sir, I am trying to install the app in my laptop but I could not able be to do so. please help in this regard. i have this app in my mobile but i need this app in my laptop as the screen can be bigger and wider to look the subject matter in an easy way when compared to the mobile version. Very worst ... Academy members should respond Even they are not attempting calls after the payment and they have logged out me 35k have been payed and till now I didn't recieve any books and classes ....they said your course will be active upto 2 years it had been only 6 months and they logged out all the money and time wasted of mine

Dear sir I fed up with this app as I had cleared cache , cleared data and even formatted my phone but still it got stucked .I am using Airtel 5G services with 200+Mbps still facing technical issues even after updated few days back

They never bothered about ur future...total TIME WASTE .They never bothered about complaints. Worst schedules.no coordination between staff and faculty. They even don't inform schedules to faculty 😅😅😅😅.we have to make calls every time for confirmation.
