We have several accounts with them. Service has been unreliable for months, frequently not getting notifications or sometimes notified several times for the same messages. Just had an issue today with a tech having to switch to his personal phone to work with a customer after the app said messages sent but the website says they failed. Overall very poor app and will be migrating away.

I wish it didn't make me scroll all the way through my messages every time I open the conversation. Also, if you're going to display an ominous error message like "Failed" just because the message is over the character limit, then the character count needs to be displayed so that we aren't just guessing. Still, this is the best app for its purpose.

A Google user

I want to like this app but it just doesn't work reliably. Inbound text message fine, outbound never arrive. Limited to no support available...getting nowhere after almost a week. I like that it can handle multiple DIDs within my account. but if it cannot send I have to keep looking for a solution.

This service worked fine when it was free. Now my outgoing messages arent reliable. Im using twilio as my trunking provider but i dont think its them because in my logs it doesnt even show a message attempt. I recommend using the web interface instead of the app. That at least tells you if the message failed to send unlike the app.

Very simple and easy to use, except it doesn't support international format numbers, even though providers such as Twilio do. Unfortunately it is why I've had to use another service, however if they were to fix this I would definitely return as a user.

I will update review once they fix these bugs. - Unable to copy messages on the app - Unable to select a canned response as first response - app poorly designed, lacking many regular functionalities in normal messaging app.

A Google user

Messages receive just fine but sent messages are unreliable. Also show undelivered on my SIPs end because the call back sent to the SIP is blank. Zero response from developer.

I can send and receive sms from signalwire but can only receive MMS sent ones fail. Signalwire support can find no reason textable support has not responded in over 10 days.
