Soggy noodles are more useful than this. Wifi is connected on both devices, and both say that they're connected to each other. This app however, couldn't notice that they were connected. I know my way around tech, and this app is effectively useless. You'll save more time, energy, and money getting your prints from another business. I expect to have technical difficulties if I attempt to use this app. I'm convinced they're cherry picking rating they keep, the app is stressful and ineffective

What a scam! 1. This is an aftermarket plugin. This isnt the origional 2. It doesnt do ANYTHING! Cant even detect my printee unless you have the drivers so that i can print my stuff out. 3. They try to charge you money! I already paid for my damn printer, now you want more so that i can use it???? 4. This looks IDENTICAL to the origional app. PLEASE TRY TO FIND THE ORIGIONAL APP! THIS IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY! 5. They show ads to make a little extra profit! 6. They USE the real apptoprint

Didn't have the chance to try this app. It couldn't find my printer. It suggested to move my printer closer to my modem. Ones upstairs the other downstairs and there wasn't a problem until recently with my printer not because of this app.

Nothing but a popup ad generator. Never did get through all the spam to get to the actual HP application. You would think that after you spend hard earned $$$ you could get an Android app without adds to set up your new wireless printer

Wow, I'm witnessing the end of a company right now. I buy the printer and then force me into a subscription? And the app has ads!!! this company is in it's throws!

Terrible app. Most of the 5 star reviews are so obviously fake. Full screen ads that go to sketchy websites. After the ads, the app bombards you with prompts to pay a monthly fee to continue using the app. The issue isn't with there being ads... It's the egregious placement and frequency which renders this app useless.

I like it when it works. unreliable for remote printing. used to be able to print from android devices, but can't now. used to be able to use generic ink, but can not now. Not likely to buy another HP printer considering all the problems I've had.

Smart Print from Widget Labs does not seem to work reliably. My phone: Samsung A545G latest update sec patch 1 Aug 24. My network: Ethernet wired HP 3390 aio always on, to my 192.168.xxx.xxx which has a MR7500 Linksys router giving out dhcp addresses in the same 192.168.xxx.xxx private IP address range. Can ping all devices. App fails to find printer in app settings. Any suggestions appreciated. I'm sure other home users have similar home network setup. Steven F. Sutherland
