A Google user

Very useful app to keep track expenses, especially the option to add/define your own expense categories. However, it will even become a much better app if you can separate the calculation of money exchanged into local currency while keeping track your home-town currency (parallel calculation of both currencies). At the moment, app keeps on subtracting only from home-town currency eventhough the money has already been exchanged to local currency (hence it does not show the balance of both).

Really great app which I paid and been using for the last few years. One issue is that the exchange rates are often far off so I have to manually change the rate for each entry. Not sure about other currencies but GBP to any currencies give inaccurate rates. Would be great at least I can set the exchange rate for the trip so I don't have to update the rate everytime I enter. EDIT (FEB 2020) Recent update has fixed the auto exchange rates. Thank you!

Actually It's great application and very helpful, but the size of file attached when we want to send the travel expenses report is very large, because the size of photo can't be reduced. Please inform or fix the application, so the size of photo attached to travel expenses report can be reduced or converted to smaller size. Thank you.

My job requires me to travel on a regular basis, domestically but most of the time internationally. I've tried quite a few expense apps but over the long run I've stuck with and continue to use Travel Expense. It's very straight forward, simple to use and ticks all the requirements for me. If you're an international traveller, require a good expense report with mixed currency use in the same report and want it simple and straightforward, I highly recommend Travel Expense.

Edit: App has removed ability to sort entries chronologically or by type across days (now does only each day by category, is useless for overall analysis). Also no longer allows making a graph for each trip. Very disappointing changes. Great app, very handy and easy to use, but there are countries that I'm visiting that don't have the currency listed in the app. Why not just copy the entire list from a currency website and put all the acronyms in, instead of picking and choosing only some?

I have used this for several years with no complaints at all. This past month I tried a new thought: I created a Budget item to identify and track my Duty Free purchases! Perfect. If not used for a while it takes a few minutes to get back into it. A tad confusing for the first time.

I originally purchased the upgraded app over a year ago and found it surpassed all my expectations but one. I was unable to export it to excel. During recent updates that issue was resolved for me, and I now find it to be the best expense app out there. Great job guys.

Easy to set up and use. Multiple options to create your own categories, payment methods and options for numerous currencies. Also option to export data. Altogether good program.
