01/27/25 Update :The issue with it not keeping me signed in has been fixed ,and I have found a work around for the beeping when it needs food . If the water alert could have a pause I would be pretty happy with the app. 06/30/24 One star : This app is worse than the last one. At least the old app kept me signed in and I could temporarily pause the beeping from the unit. Not happy about the switch.

Not working at all. Screen on the aerogarden system is black, but makes sounds sometimes when touched. Since updating, stopped working so unable to use the system. Pumps making noise. Lights and raise and lower seem to work, but without a screen. App seems perfect, but would not raise and lower after so many tries I unpaired now no way to pair with dead screen.

New app looks nicer, but after installing it, one of my lights will no longer turn on and off on schedule or through manual control. The app is seeing the light just fine though. Also buggy, like you can add the same device infinity. It shows a Mac address when adding things, but no other way to check the Mac address, like checking to see if you added something already. I want my money back for the light that broke due to this app.

Old app wasn't great, but at least it worked. This version tells me two of my three devices are not on the wifi. But all the devices say they are. Removed and tried to re-add an "offline" one. The device again says it is connected, but the app wont let me add it to the app saying the device is NOT on the wifi. Support says they are working on it, but in the meantime I can use the manual controls. Not a very good response from support. If they fix this "new" app, I will revise my rating.

The new version of the app is garbage. I have three aerogardens, all the SAME model. One works with the new app, two do not. After going back and forth with support, they NOW tell me that even though one work and my model is listed in the app, it is not supported and won't work, and i am out of luck. They can't explain why one does work though. RESPONSE to developer: No version screen there... EXCEPT IT IS CONNECTED TO WIFI! Already sent a Pic. Didn't help, more email runaround.

Updating my review. The app was working flawlessly July 2nd when I got the email about the 2.0.1 release. July 3rd and even today I got an error that says cannot connect to the server. To fix this error, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Logged back in and now everything works flawlessly. Thanks again for the quick response Miracle-Gro.

Terrible app. On vacation and went to check the garden to see if I needed someone to add water and new version came out. Downloaded and installed and now I can't connect as they didn't bother to migrate customers logins and my garden is stranded. Not worth bothering with. Plus it won't work from outside north america as I learned the hard way last time I went in vacation. And it does not work with the previous email and password as they have stated. Further the reset password also does not work.

New app does not connect to the garden and does not scan bar code, and says to type the numbers but has no place or option to type numbers. Worse, the last firmware makes the touch screen on the bounty elite stop working after a few minutes unless you unplug and replug, then works for 5 minutes. When unresponsive, it beeps nonstop and cycles tips that you can not dismiss to stop beeping. This means the garden is useless as I can not work or sleep with the constant beeping, so I have to unplug.
