I have been using it for product lables and printing images I made on Canva. For my small rectangle labels it worked perfectly, however the circle labels are a nightmare. When I tried printing them it had part of them off the lable and when I used the app to redesign them and print every time I save my lable on the app it changes where I have things placed or the font size. It works for now but I will be investing in a better printer in the future.

I cannot get finished creating one label. The app keeps quitting on me and I have to start over from scratch each and every time. I will repeat, I have not been able to create and print one label yet.

The printer works and is mechanically functional. However, you have to double click out of each label and even when you back out and generate a new label...the previous label can sometimes print twice!!!! Thank goodness some of my customers are honest, and I will have them ship back another customers order to me so I can send the merchandise to the right customer. Frustrating The price i saved by buying saving on this printer with wonky software I could have bought a more reliable unit.

App has a bug and won't print label from image or file even though it's paired/connected via Bluetooth. It specifically said developer needs to fix Bug issue

Works really well but sometimes the same label can print out twice, I wish there was a way to check how many times you have printed a label so this issue wouldn't be this bad

Works well for a while then just gives up. Terrible app, terrible hardware and terrible service from China at times to suit them not you. Not worth the inevitable aggro and disappointment

I used this app for about 2 years and it worked perfect for me. Not all that long ago the app stopped working and now it won't connect to my printer.

App won't connect to the device any more so label printer is a paperweight. The pin doesn't work. Made in China never fails to live down to lowered expectations.
