App recently quit showing current usage details. I cleared app cache and data, still shows my last bill. Cleared browser Data including cookies, cleared app data and cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, app... Same thing. Went to website to see current usage and that's no longer working either.

It has been 6 months to a year since it has allowed me to log in. I've made sure I have the most recent update I clear the cache I clear the data storage I even uninstall and reinstall and it still logs me out as soon as I log in. If your app does not work why not just make it a browser frame until your tech team can fix it? This is basic coding and development. If no one paid their bill until you fixed the app I bet it would have already been fixed.

App keep crashing and I have to keep logging in everytime I open the app...please fix this new bug so I don't have to login every single time I open it plz

App rarely works. After entering user name and password, it just sits there attempting to load account information, but it never succeeds. The app is worthless if customers are never able to get to their accounts. Months go by and there is zero effort to fix this app

Update has made this unusable, even after I reset my password, it still doesn't work, don't know what the hell you guys did, but this is a complete mess, I can't even use it anymore. Complete trash. Would give negative stars but it's not an option, and yes, I already tried to contact you guys, and it still doesn't work. Only can access on computer which makes having an app pointless.

Like others this app is unusable on my android phone. It starts and switches to display that shows a girl listening to music on her phone (?) with headphones. The app then locks and won't accept any input like tapping on the login banner or any of the tabs. I've had this app on my phone for a long time but rarely use it. I've really only used it during bad weather to report a power outage. I happen to use it today to retrieve my account number and found it didn't work. Cleared cache/data-no joy

App has very delayed response to button presses making it difficult to know if it is processing. After setting up biometrics, it just keeps flashing the fingerprint scanner image on the screen rather than logging in. Essentially unusable. This is on top of not being able to login on their website in Chrome (Log in button is always greyed out). It's almost as if the y are a monopoly that doesn't want any interaction with their customers even to let them pay their bills.
