Negatives first: My Bose QC Ultra are fantastic at sound presentation, yet are lousy during phone calls. I can hear the best music yet when the phone rings, callers cannot hear me at all... These Beats are merely average in comparison for music enjoyment, yet are great for phone calls. It would be great to find some earbuds that are best at both. As it stands, I use these Beats 90% because they are 100% Reliable.

I have power beats pro and a beats pill. Those still work and connect to my phone, but just recently the app won't open at all. It just keeps force closing when I click on it. And even a message sometimes pops up at the bottom of the phones saying the beats app stopped working and will close. It used to be a nice app to see the battery level of the connected headphones or speaker.

"Last updated Apr. 4, 2025. Bug fixes and performance improvements." If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The app won't open, at all. I keep getting an Error message that says "Beats keeps stopping." So the so-called "bug fixes" didn't fix anything, and actually made the app inoperable.

I've been using this app on my android for my Beats by Dre earbuds to see how much % is each bud charged and to locate them when necessary. But recently the app has completely froze on me and won't even open. It just automatically crashes whenever I try to open the application. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing the cache. I'm not sure what else to try because as of now it's completely useless to me as an corresponding application for my BEATS earbuds. is there an alternative app?

would not recommend this product. the ear buds sound great but charging the ear buds doesn't work very well. half the time I go to use them and they didn't charge because they weren't exactly sitting correctly. If they are not exactly on the pins or if you're rough with the case they fall off and don't charge. beats needs to rework the charging design.

I have had this app for about 3 years and never had a problem until last week. All of a sudden, the app doesn't open. I'll click on it, and it immediately crashes. Although the earbuds still work without the app, I enjoyed having the app to tell me how much battery life the earbuds and the case had. Hopefully, this issue gets fixed in the next I update. 🤞

This was a great app until recently. it used to run on my phone (Android) no problem. But now the app crashes consistently and I get a notification at the bottom of my screen saying the app isn't work and no matter how many times I click "close app" or force the app to shut down, I still come across these issues. I see other users have been having these issues as well so really hope the admin for the app gets this resolved ASAP. As of right now, it has been uninstalled

The app. Keeps asking for updates . The beats fit pro stay connected while they are charging. When I want to use them, they won't connect. It's so frustrating . I have sent them to be fixed through Apple, and both times, they have said there's nothing wrong with them. I will not purchase this brand again. Disappointed.
