This app is absolutely abysmal. I've been logged out multiple times for no apparent reason. You don't get any progress updates on maintenance, they just say "in progress" even if you'd had a notification saying it's complete. You can't access maintenance issue messages within app even though you get a notification saying you've been sent them. It's a slow, unresponsive mess. Any letting company reading this use anything else

Removes good service and accountability. Allows agencies to underperform as this is a passive way of dealing with people, my issue is with the ethics of having an app like this. The app itself lacks some features and is slow to log in. Crashes when opening documents and doesn't notify you when the agency sends you a message.

A lazy app for lazy property managers. Doesn't upload images to the issues messaging thing, says 'need explicit permissions' have given the app all permissions and still doesn't work. Get a grip! Edit: now issues AND messages are no longer being sent or received! Completely cutting off all communication between tenant and manager, essentially making this app quite literally bloatware.

Absolutely terrible, possibly one of the worst apps i have ever tried to use. I can't login so i tried to reset the password that then takes me to a page telling me to downlaod the app which i already have done twice.....the ironic thing is this app is there to make things easier with regards to maintenance etc but all it does is get in the way, frankly the creators should be embarrassed.

Horrible app, god knows why my letting agency refuses to use any other way of communicating. Crashes when you try to upload photos, crashes when you try to write a message, crashes if you tab out of it mid message, crashes if you try to take pictures in app, crashes if you look at it wrong, etc.

Pretty rubbish. Sounds like a good concept but it's no more of a step up than simply emailing your property manager. There is no tracking ability to see status of maintenance issues, no reminder options. Submitted stuff over a month ago and they've just sat on the dashboard with nothing achieved.

My property manager insists they've sent me the invitation email (three times) but I haven't received anything. I also checked my junk folder. I downloaded the app but can't create an account. What could the issue be? Any help would be much appreciated as emailing my landlords doesn't seem to work. Many thanks

Messages are presented in a slap-dash, amateurish way which makes you beg for an email. The app also crashes whenever it pleases. I'd recommend people avoid this app, but sadly everyone using it has been forced into using it by their letting agent. I'm glad I moved out!
