Let's try this again as your response is not helpful. Problem: Notifications for Chats, Other/Fun are turned off. I am still getting these notifications constantly. Area Alerts remains on as I still want to know if there is loadshedding in my area and only that. Your "solution" would mean all notifications are turned off except for stage changes, making the app completely pointless.

A Great accurate app only that it has been updated a little late sometimes 😔😕. But that only happened about 3? times in the last 2 years😐. So... That's great🎉🎇! It allows you to chat with community about weather, electric problems(cable issues etc.), even remind them about special days 💞 and so much more! It also has filters for all the nasty things people might try to say on ESP😌🥰! So no WhatsApp with all those nasty group chats😋! It would be amazing if it contained informed weatherups

Not happy with this app anymore, after last update. One used to have a 3 day update on Load shedding now no longer. Now the app focuses on notifications of leaking water, etc. sometimes not even in my area. "Ask my street" doesn't even function properly. If it isn't restored to what it used to be, I will be forced to uninstall.

Usefull but not opening anymore. I had to reset my phone and is setting up each app again. ESP does not open. I get the ESP logo and nothing more. I uninstalled, clear cache and data but nothing helps to open ESP as it used to. There might be a bug.

The app is now very boring and not usefull to me anymore. I hate the new design and you cant see the schedule or times when you open up. Tbe previous version was way better. You open the app and there is the times. Now there us only messages and chats in front of. Thats not very usrfull st all. Zero star rating although 1 star is needed to post.

This app was great when it worked But all of a sudden on our Huawei Nova 12i the app won't open. Have relocated this several times from Google play store and still nothing. Why is this the case?

Every time I try to post something, Im told my post has been immediately removed. Stop spamming the app, you say. Huh? Happens every time I try to post. Numerous bug reports sent, still no joy.

Love this app and the developers, you might have gotten away with the prank but I'm thankful for the days you kept us updated of loadshedding in the country still use your app till this day cause I don't trust eskom if were really out of the woods.
