I had a problem of controlling the fan through Google home already, but, not sure, may be with the recent update, my device seems to be removed and I am unable to reconnect it to the wifi. I have already emailed the support through the app a couple of months ago and no response. This is basically a fan with remote. But if you're looking for a smart fan, this definitely isn't a choice.

Terrible app, it doesn't recognise my 2.4ghz wifi signal after the update. I don't know what's the issue, it used to work fine before the updates but now it's completely broken...I have to now use remote instead of Alexa. What's the use of buying such an expensive fan when the software is so full of bugs and glitches. I am pretty sure software testing is not done to save money cause the app seemed like a second year engineering project we used to do in college.

Clearly not enough thought and effort has gone into this app. Terrible UX, have to traverse many screens to reach fan controls. No widgets. Wanted to see password handling, so logged out, then pressed forgot password. Doesn't allow setting previous password again which is good, but upon pressing back instead of saving a new password, showed me the Family details (Name, rooms, devices) despite being logged out still! Won't be surprised if there are more security vulns in the app and backend.

The rating is not valid, as I have not explored the app yet. Because, I am unable to sign-up with the app. BUG : Instead of mobile number, it is asking to select country. After selecting country name, nothing go ahead to write mobile number. Hence it shows error message, wrong mobile number. I am excited to control Fan, using this android app, so kindly correct the bug in the application.

Waste of money to buy this fan. They are boasting of power saving technology, but they should see that fan rotates 1 st. We are clueless when this fan rotates and when it doesn't.We have to press remote multiple times to make it rotate. What's the fun of having a remote, if you can't switch on the fan with one go. I don't understand the point of pressing remote over and again and to wait for the fan to rotate.I never thought that one has to wait for minutes to hours just to switch on a fan

I am not able to connect with the app with my wifi, however, my wifi network surely has 2.4GHz range. Also, i have downloaded the latest version app. I tried it with two other phones from my house, but still no result. I just can't seem to register my smart fan because of this. It has made the smart fan not so smart now. Please revert asap.

Pathetic!! Since the last update, the fan is not getting paired with the app. Followed all the steps. Powered the fan and kept it on paring mode. Turned the phone Bluetooth on. Entered Wifi Password.... Bhoom No device found Using 2.4GHz WiFi network, still not working. Disappointed. Waste of money.

App itself is fine. But the integration with Alexa is horrible. Couldn't connect the device with Alexa. And there's so many names around this app (atomberg/gorilla/renesa smart+) but nothing is in Alexa skill page. We have to install smart life skill and that does not allow me to link my atomberg account. And once again I insist that Alexa integration is worst and needs to be improved a lot. I paid few extra bucks and bought this fan (atomberg renesa smart plus) only to use with Alexa.
