The app mostly does what it's meant to do. I'd give more stars if browsing through files in Android Auto were improved. As it is, by default you get an alphabetical list of all artists in your library, but you can only search by beginning letter of *albums* in your library. Please change or include that search to also work for band names - it is very tedious to navigate if your library has hundreds of albums and bands.

please add a shuffle button to the playlist. There is a Play Button, but if you want to Shuffle the Playlist (what most people do) you play the first song, then you click on it, select shuffle and skip the song. Really annoying. And yea, get dark mode here already. What???? 500 TRACKS IS MAXIMUM ON PLAYLISTS??? WHY???Please make it so we can remove Albums from our collection. I had bought 100 Albums for 1€ 2 years ago wich i do not listen to. Download mulitple Albums at once option.

My main issue with this app is that if there's anything in your queue, the app won't close, and I have a big obnoxious notification in my phone forever, until I clear the queue. It's obnoxious bc I want to "shuffle all" most of the time when I open the app, which adds everything to the queue. I appreciate that you can buy music and download it to use independently of the app, though, which is rare these days

I absolutely love this app! I joined Bandcamp quite a few years ago, and continue to buy most of my music here. I really like that most of the money goes directly to the artists. An awesome selection of ambient music and I'm discovering new artists all the time! I also love that, in most cases, you can listen to entire albums before you decide to buy them! Edit: I figured out how to redeem codes on the app - for those who don't know, go into "settings" and scroll down to "redeem a code".

I'm a big supporter of CreativeCommons and their partners. If you like an artist, buy their stuff. For real. You'll own it, and you'll be supporting their work. I appreciate the transparency with what you're paying for. And most artists have name your price for their albums. I like to options for file formats upon download. Mp3 sucks for music. Bandcamp is way better on a computer. The app needs a lot of work. It's glitchy & slow and often freezes. I don't use it to stream, just to purchase.

Tracks streaming degraded over a couple last weeks. Each track takes a few seconds (maybe up to 10) to download which frustrates me a lot. It's definitely not because of my internet connection, Youtube videos start instantly on the same device and they consume even more traffic. Please fix your servers and I will remove the bad rating. Love the app otherwise.

This is a review of the app - Bandcamp as a music distribution service gets 5 stars. The app lacks dark mode, gapless playback, and a cart system where you can add multiple items and check-out once (as is possible on the website.) Also, Bandcamp links clicked from messages inside the app need to open inside the app too, and not open up the browser.

I love bandcamp in general and the app is mostly okay, but the offline capabilities are just horrible! Can't count how many times album payback stopped after the first song because the others apparently had not been downloaded - which you don't have any control over and also can't really see. Please please fix this guys, the rest works great!
