I think it is fantastic for project management but the notifications need to be fixed. It would be better to have an option to get a notification each time one of my staff talks in the campfire. I mean we could make this an optional one but it's like having absolutely no notifications on your WhatsApp unless someone @mentions your name first which is damn weird. I have to rely on pings for DMs on important issues and even then, the notifications on note 9 and computer is buggy as hell.

It's a very simple, fast and lightweight project management app that suits my needs. But, why is "Add a to-do" button is at the end of any list? It makes us slower for the long to-do lists.

Tagging people is broken. You wanna type a message with somebody tagged? It either won't give you the option or just a couple seconds after you tag them , it erases itself. No matter how many times you try. Sometimes your lucky. Now I have to separately tag somebody after my message which just looks goofy.

We test drove other project management apps. None were right for our small real estate development business. We needed a project management app that was lightweight and intuitive so we could get everyone using it with minimal training or friction. Basecamp ticked all the boxes. Creating task lists, communicating, tracking, all the things. And it's a great UX. And the desktop, mobile, and browser versions are all outstanding.

So far its been the most consistant platform for schduling jobs and projects with no issues. Today post update we had issues with iphone users not being able to comment on jobs. About a total of 15 mins talking with support and the issue was fixed. Great customer support and reaction time.

Navigation isn't easy. Getting blasted with every message is annoying. Messaging should be more direct to specific departments without auto blasting an entire staff.
