I like that it gives you access to pretty much all things D&D with active updates. What keeps me from giving it 5 stars is 3 things: Abilities/class features are basically hidden and need to be accessed from a different set of windows, no set access point to read them immediately, making features become annoying to see easily. Spells need to be manually added to each character but have no restrictions on amounts. Natural race or class abilities don't get added to ac, stat, or hp.

I'll admit i love this dnd app very useful and hell quite fun to use, though there's some minor flaws i have an issue with and a question. Flaws, i would like to swap multiclass a bit more easily, especially for the second class, and some feats can't be seen sometimes. The question i have with the new dnd book is that is the app gonna update or account for all the changes. Nontheless, I'd say quite the useful app I wish I had it when I started it out.

Best 5E app ever, been using it for years and is totally worth the purchase to get rid of ads. Once you learn where everything is in the app it makes its name come true, best 'companion app' ever for your gameplay! It makes needing the players books obselete for the most part so if you don't have them don't worry; besides some rules it's really not needed when you have this. Just try it out, totally worth your time.

Generally excellent. Needs some details on how to import a character exported from one device into another. Shared characters are exported as .cah file which you can copy to another device via your cloud storage, but there doesn't appear to be any way to import that character on a second device. Well not one I have spotted anyway.

Update: I've used the app for over a year. It's perfect. My players took to it really quickly and 2 of them use it as their character sheet. Give it a try and ask questions if you have any! OG POST: Very useful, makes character creation simple and quick. I'm a newer player, this let's you check racial abilities/class info/everything cleanly.

Payed to remove adds and now they're back somehow. The app is great but this is not. Update 1: after quite some tries of all of devs suggestions, it did work. But waiting for full fix. Will be a clear 5 score then, love this app! Update 2: Week later, ads are back. Exited app in background and fixed in the main menu but when you open a character, ads are still there...

It's a great app for building characters and the only one I could find that both easily lets you create/import homebrew and has a built in compendium for spells/feats/etc just by tapping on them. My only complaints are that you can't just freeform edit things like tool proficiencies and languages without editing the class/race so if you somehow learn any there's no actual way to add them easily. Also, the UI could be better for actually playing, as magic equipment with charges aren't easily seen

I love this app, but I've run into an annoying problem, and I'd like it to be fixed. I help co-DM a campaign by making the maps, characters, monsters, etc. I need to share them with the DM. But for some reason. The share button for custom monsters doesn't seem to work at all. When I spam the button, it gives me an error message saying the app has closed. Please figure this issue out, I'd like to keep my rating at a 5, but it's a pretty large problem for me.
